When this Ladera location first opened ? we had never been to a restaurant like this; the customer service was so amazing &... thorough helping us pick the best combination! Since the food was fresh, delicious, reasonably priced along with the customerservice experience; I have been a repeat customer. Today, I ordered online from them which gets contracted through door dash - Iwanted an update on my food so I called, the door dash driver picked up my food a long time ago; however, did not make it to me.( BUMMER. ) This is in NO WAY, Pokeworks fault; yet, they were so genuine in assisting the situation, remade my order and helpedme promptly get a fresh/delicious lunch. I will continue to support this Pokeworks, and recommend to anyone! All theinteractions have been terrific ? today was really proof of their top notch customer service. Read more

We have been going to the Pokeworks in Dana Point because we love it but now we are so excited there is a new location in Ladera... Ranch. We were just in yesterday and it amazing. Absolutely terrible service. Just saw another review about the blond girl working in front. We ended up walking out after... building half of a bowl. It was our first time so we weren?t familiar with the process. We frequent several other poke places inthe area and will never return here. What a terrible attitude and horrific customer service. If this were my business she wouldbe fired. Read more
