I took my 3 boys there on Sunday the 17th around 11:30 ish? The Iranian guy who help us was very unpleasant, moody.. When I ask... for water cups he told me he doesn?t have water cups then I told him give me the regular cups then, he told me he can?t? Then hesaw my face that I was not happy so he told me let me check the back then he came back with the water cups?one of the sandwichhe made was falling apart? I was also there a week ago on Saturday another guy helped us he was great unfortunately I don?tremember his name.. Hopefully, I will get a nice employee next time because my boys love subway sandwiches! Read more

The customer service is outstanding! I urgently needed a need a platter to be ready within 20 minutes. They worked with me and... brought everything out bagged and ready to go! They processed my credit card over the phone and I was able to run in and run outto my lunch appointment. Thanks again, best customer service I have received in a looonng time! Read more

They are ALWAYS very nice and friendly but I was bummed because they were not wearing any mask just gloves. Due to COVID-19 I... feel like wearing a mask is advised and ESPECIALLY for people handling your food. They did have a plastic shield at the cashregister. Read more

I have to admit I really like Subway for lunch. I have eaten at a lot of different Subway restaurants. This one is one of my... favorites, it is close to my home and the people working there are always friendly and nice. You can get a lot to eat for notmuch money. This Subway is always clean not too crowded. I would Highly recommend this Subway to anyone for lunch or dinner. Read more

I always come to this Subway here in Ladera Ranch. It?s close to home and my work. Unfortunately today an older woman that... worked behind the counter was upset with me because she didn?t hear one ingredient that I wanted. After she pulled my sandwichout of the oven, I told her that she missed a piece of meat. She said ?Are you serious? under her breath. Not very professional.I?m sorry you couldn?t hear me but you absolutely do not treat your customers that way. She continued to throw my sandwich andutensils and she quickly tried to finish my sub. She apologized to the next customer for taking so long. Again that was yourfault not mine. As someone who has worked in the food industry, I fully understand how stressful it gets. If you can?t admityour fault and do your job right, then you should probably find another job that doesn?t inconvenience you. The location looksnice though. I think they remodeled it. Read more

This store is hands down the best Subway I've been to. The staff is friendly, fast, efficient, hard working, and really good... looking. Like honestly, I'd date every one of the employees here. Even the guys!!! But really, the food was amazing and I wasjamming to some good tunes in the very well maintained bathroom, as I enjoyed free wifi. Keep up the good work! Read more

They keep on messing with the computers down in the corporate, however great deals, great staff. Request for free coffee it's... free in the morning & if it charges you let the employee know, great deal for 4 sandwiches and combo for only $20 buck, I'venever seen that deal before so its pretty good for a FAMILY of 4. The employer and staff in charge needs to focus a little morein customer satisfaction. "Rather than sales and productivity !" I know this because I work here and we don't want to loosecustomers.
