We Love Pizza Hut! There is just something about their juicy dough and pizza crust, along with the toppings! They do it better... then most pizza shops in my opinion! When we crave pizza all of us in my family choose Pizza Hut in Ladner. The prices aredecent too, and it's always to catch one of their sales. Read more

So today i ordered pizza before closing and they said u can pick up in 5minutes but i said we will be there before 11 and they... hardly agreed. Normally i just love pizza hut pizza but this time veggies are much bigger, taste different and looks likeuncooked. I feel this time it was a waste of money and time so if you guys can't cook it properly then you can tell us itsclosing time and we don't order. Read more

I ordered $100 of pizza online. I was called by the Pizza Hut in Ladner and told that my order had been sent to the wrong... location so they would cancel it and I could submit a new order. I was assured over phone and by email that I would not becharged for the canceled order. I was charged. I have now contacted Pizza Hut 4 times to be reimbursed over $100 that I paid forpizza I never received and have yet to be reimbursed. Very frustrating! Read more

The pizza was not cooked properly or i should say it was not even cooked. It was totally raw. I would suggest everybody to go to... any other pizza place rather than eating a half cooked dough.this is how they bake a well done pizza. I would never go back tothem. Their is no complaining system and the store workers are very irresponsible. Their is no manager at the store at longweekend which is the most busiest day for pizza business. They will ask u to buy another pizza if u go back to them forcomplaining. I would suggest everybody "Do not ever go to this place if u read this." Read more
