Very good home cooking. Small family owned restaurant with the best home cooking. The ladies there are so great. I had the... double cheese buger. Wow so good. I took a pictures. This is truly the best country style breakfast in Texas! The Pig and Whistle is a shining jewel hidden amongst the winding... country roads of Ladonia, Texas. Not only is the wait staff eager and friendly, but they genuinely care about their customers-treating each person like family. The environment and atmosphere is reminiscent of Grandma's kitchen and makes you feel rightat home from the moment you enter the door. My food was delivered to my table piping hot and easily exceeded all of myexpectations. Hands down, THE best breakfast experience I've had apart from home.
