For the longest time, I quit eating here because of poor attitudes and order issues, but I thought I would see if things had... changed this morning. Stopped at the drive through to pick up dinner on our way home from an appointment. The dining room wasn't open and we were in... the drive through line for almost half an hour. There was no "I'm sorry for the wait" or anything. Our food was ok, but youwould have thought they had to butcher the cow and dig the potatos for as long as we were in line. For service and overallrating, I wouldn't even give a star if there was that option. Read more

We tried to use a coupon on the app but the app kept closing. We tried it on 3 phones to make sure it was the app and not the... phone. We went inside to place our order which would've been $10 using the coupons on the app and showed the staff what the appwas doing. We asked if they could honor the coupons and they told us we couldn't We asked to speak to a manager and the managerand district manager that happened to be in the store claimed they couldn't help us and wouldn't honor the coupons on the app.The meal that would've been $10 with the coupon ended up costing us almost $18. The staff were rude and so were the managers. Read more

I went through the drive through, and no one said anything when I pulled up. After a couple minutes, I said hello and the lady... answered me. I gave her my order and I could hear her laugh at something but she never gave me a total or said which window Ishould pull up to. To my surprise when I pulled up, SHE WAS ON HER PHONE! She was just yakity yak, yak and I was interruptingher fun time. Because I was in a hurry, I did not check everything and I paid for that (no pun intended). My order was the?Double Qtr PND King? but it was a single. The unfortunate part is, I didn?t find out until I got to my hotel room. Read more

Took me a year to revisit and nothing has changed, I mean absolutely NOTHING.. my southwest bacon whooper had cheese( I... requested no cheese) and my Arnold Palmer was just Sweet Tea. I very seldom give negative reviews. I've always taken the approach that if I was unhappy with an experience just leave it alone... as this is someone's income and livelihood. However, this location takes the crown for how not to operate. A fairlysignificant drive-thru line and dine in crowd and a full staff of employees currently spending their time passing cell phonesaround and leaning against the counter while the tickets pile up. Numerous people waiting for their orders as well as patronsentering the restaurant with complaints for either cold food or missing items. After waiting almost 40 minutes for my order, Idecided it was time to lick my wounds and move on. Unfortunate but understandable how this like many others is becoming adinosaur in the fast food industry. Read more

This seems to be a corporate location that refused to honor Burger King app coupons. The person that was working the register,... breasia, was rude, inconsiderate, and offered horrible customer service. Why would a corporate location refuse to honorcorporate promotions and then be rude to the customer like the customer did something wrong! Horrible experience at thislocation. I would not recommend. I walked in the restaurant at 1151, placed my order at 1217 and received my order at 1231. Ihad two tacos. I will NEVER visit this location again and will do whatever I can to discourage anyone from going here. Read more
