Food was good, hot. Young lady that took our order, was so sweet.
Please take down the stalls if you are unable to service them and wait 15 minutes to say that. Super helpful before my kids get... invested in getting food from here and we have to wait an additional 25 at the drive-thru to get it. Thanks!!! Read more

The food was great! The staff is horrible, I went thru the drive thru was trying to tell them what I wanted and couldn't even... get a word out of my mouth and kept getting interrupted by the chick inside. Got to the window and she then proceeded to tell methat she has to ring up each combo on separate tickets and can't put them both on the same order. Then proceed with attitudewhen I asked her why it was like that. So needless to say I love the food but want be going back to this sonic! Read more
Just left sonic. Sat at the drive thur for 10 mins. I just left, there were no cars at the window. So I guess they went on... break and didnt tell the customers. I understand being short handed but to have customers sit without any acknowledgment ispretty bad. Read more
When ordering through the drive thru, my boyfriends car shut off and would not turn on. we pushed it into a parking space when a... younger black woman working came out and asked us if we were okay and if we needed help. we told her and she ran inside and cameback out with her car and car keys for us to jump our car. during the rush of the morning, she still helped us with our car andmade sure to keep the store running in order. this woman deserves a raise for her kindness. and we need more people like her inthe world. I love this store. But I hate how the app malfunctions so much I don't get my half off drinks due to not being able to order in... the app. The store only allows orders to be placed in the drive-thru and if you don't go during happy hour there goes your halfprice drink. Other than the app issue. This store is great. The manager is awesome. Read more
They are always out of something and the staff gets the brunt of it from the upset guests. So then the staff is unhappy as... well.! I've gone 4 times in 2 months and they're always out of stock on basic foods so I have to go elsewhere... Read more
