I wanna be reasonable and fair so I?ll give a 3 star. This location service is very inconsistent. When the young black women... isnt there ?this place is like .5 of a star. Sonic is essentially a fast food spot. One should not be 1) waiting 20-60 minutesfor food 2) not being communicated with or updated if there is a delay for some reason?or better yet just ley me know there isan expected wait before I order. I literally could have driven to Summerville sonic ate and came back? instead i made an ordertwice and opted to just drive off because I am now irritated and more hungry than when I pulled up. No this isn?t the firsttime. And you can see from the reviews this is a reoccurring problem. When the one black queen isn?t at that location it becomesa whole different restaurant. Idk if she?s the owner, manager or what?but just promote her and send her to a better store. Iwatched several ppl drive off without getting an order. Ive gotten burritos that are not filled fully much less half way. Dontget me wrong the employees in general seem nice. But that?s not compensating for service. Thank you to the young black man thattried to help but my whole day was thrown off and i got tired of waiting. He was already taking my order after whoever took itbefore. I got food served to me at a dine in restaurant in the time it took to type this. Do better. Also put numbers of thestall where im ordering if I am going to have to guess which stall I am at for you and block off ones that are giving youtrouble for the day. Read more

Up all night with food poisoning. Sonic has gone downhill over the past couple of months. There are a few great workers but... after tonight I will probably never go back. Read more

Sonic was great! Polite order taker, quick order delivery and pleasant delivery carhop! They can sometimes take longer. They now... allow you the option to tip with your card! We never plan to stop at Sonic and we usually don't carry cash so now we don't haveto feel bad for not being able to tip due to not having cash or the option with a card. I hope this allows them to keep staff. Read more

Updating review 8/24/22 to show that this gentleman refused to ring up the morning drink cost. I even showed him on the receipt... that it said 11am beverage, not the morning one. He refused to change it and snatched the receipt back from me. Then I get home,and my drinks are full of some nasty particles. Please see photo for person and drink in question. I get sweet tea everymorning on my way to work. Recently moved closer to this Sonic. Half the time I've tried to go there, they didn't even have tea(that I was told anyway). Then this morning I get my tea, it has bleach in it and makes me vomit. I work in primary care and canbe seen at work. I called the manager to let him know. All I got was "I'll make a new one. Thanks". No, do you need anotherdrink? Are you okay? I'm so sorry. An awful experience with management. I really hope the DM, RM, or corporate sees this so theycan be aware. Having bleach in your drink is a major safety hazard! Read more

I would've given 5 stars if they could be a bit more attentive to the drive thru aspect during the evening. I get that it's... hectic but it's insane how a wait could take 35 to 40 minutes and completely not answer the menu board or even bother to come upto the cars to ask if we needed any help. Sometimes be aware that the corn dogs aren't always cooked through, because they'rerushing everything at that time. I had mushy batter and an uncooked hotdog inside. They run out of tots alot as well, and thesonic blast machine never works whenever I ask. Read more

Every single time I'm here, I'm buckling up for at least 45 minutes of waiting. 3 times at least I've been at a stall, pressed... the order button, and waited 10 minutes until the light went out and I had to press it again to wait another 10 minutes. I'vebeen asked to move stalls after waiting at one 10-15 minutes, and been at one where they never came. Then, after you order yourfood (which for me is 2 items) you get the pleasure of waiting ANOTHER 25 minutes for them to come out. Your screen will tellyou that someone is on the way, but nobody is. Someone will be in 15 minutes but not when it says. I'm usually wondering if theyeven remembered my food. The carhops are always nice and there's a guy named Patrick there who's fantastic, so this isn'ttargeted at any one employee, but I've never encountered a more poorly run business. No matter what day or time you can alwayscount on this Sonic being an ordeal. Read more

Hi. I appologize for the earliest review. I wasn't finished with my review yet. I eat here almost 2-3 X's a week. Usually the... late afternoon is when I'll come or with a friend. I love you Extra long coney chili cheese+ onions and tater tots work chiliand cheese on it. Id either get an extra large coke or a banana milk shake. I like going somewhere I'm looked up on as "justlike everyone else". Your servers are awesome and always smiling. Sometimes I wish I could get a small type of job there. The pictures speak for themselves. We waited well over 15 mins. for shredded cheese and cold food. First they sent the food out... without any cheeses. I guess they were hoping I'd drive off without checking. When I sent it back, they returned it with coldshredded cheese. No one asked if we would be okay with cold shredded cheese, nor was our price adjusted in advance. I'm not surethey even heated up the fries and onion rings. Read more
