The staff was super cool. My sibling and I were there eating late and the staff was so friendly especially the female... worker/manager with glasses I didn?t catch her name if I do then I?ll update later. They gave us no rush at all and even offeredus refills when we left. Staff was rude food was greasy. Claims a lot of things for no longer on the menu. The gyro that I ordered you can see through... the wrapper with how much grease was on it. Claim they did not carry buffalo sauce no more. Even though they have Buffalosliders Buffalo wraps but don't carry buffalo sauce anymore. Love the food but the restaurant is not the cleanest. Tables are always dirty and I never see anyone cleaning them. The... bathrooms were pretty bad as well. The place needs a good scrubbing and it need to be maintained better. Update.....We havebeen back several times and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean each time! Arby's - a national chain. And as with any franchise, their menu is the same everywhere which is good if know what you want, you... can get it. We purchased a gyro and a roast beef sandwich. Both were excellent. Arby's seems to have gotten their consistencydown correctly. The restaurant itself can be accessed from US 441. It has handicapped accessible parking, entrance, seating andrestrooms. The staff was pleasant. The dining area could have been a little cleaner but it was the dinner hour. And therestrooms definitely needed work. All in all, a pleasant meal was had. Read more
This location has consistently had good service for me over the last few months. The employees are helpful and nice and get my... order to me in a hurry. The brisket sandwich was a little dry for my taste but the sliders were a nice, affordable treat. Beprepared to spend a little more than your usual fast food restaurant as my brisket sandwich value meal (medium) was just under$10 after tax. Read more
It was about 9pm the drive thru was not really busy and the lobby was dead. We ate inside the counter guy was fast to take our... order and our food was out reasonably fast and it was the correct food. Not too much to ask..... You might wanna check yourorder elsewhere.
