This Jersey Mikes in the Villages made my two hoagies pretty much like the Jersey Mikes in Inverness, which is about 30 miles... less, but I happened to be in the Villages area. This has to be one of the worst stores we have been to. 6 people on duty but 1 working, one manager filling mayo bottles. One... cleaning the grill at 5pm. Dirty floors, lettuce all over the work floor area, a huge glob of mayo that everyone steppedover. The wheat bread was hard and stale. My wife threw most of it away. We were on the road to home before she tried it. Welove JM subs, but this store needs more training, better supervision and a crew that cares about the customers.
