Excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. We were provided the option to sit at a high top or wait briefly for a... booth. The manager on duty was not afraid to roll his sleeves up and help his team out. He greeted us and took our initial ordersince the bartender was busy. We enjoyed a terrific meal at LongHorn, with beyond excellent service from Jay. He was pleasant and patient while we ordered,... and gave us some menu options that we were not aware of. The food was tasty and delivered promptly after our salads werefinished. Jay checked on us several times to see if everything was to our satisfaction, and had our check ready when we werefinished. Friendly service but it was kinda slow. Overall the food was really good.

They make consistent good steak med rare and their asparagus are excellent. They also make a good Jack and Coke for $5!

Had a great meal...filet mignon cooked perfectly and so flavorful, creamy baked potato with butter, sour cream and green onion,... shrimp and lobster chowder that was delicious. I will say the staff is excellent, but I have read other reviews on here and I agree that other Longhorns are great….. with... this said this is our third visit to this location. And unfortunately all three times we’ve been is the same, can I get sometater with my salt? How about some meat flavor over the seasoning? The best steak tastes like steak not over powering seasoning.I don’t like to complain to the waitress/waiter about the food cause it ain’t their fault. But this time the taters were agood 30 to 45 minutes away from being done, so I jus got some extra sour cream and made some undercooked mashed up tater. Mywife’s steak was heavy seared and undercooked in the middle. Believe it or not people would rather wait a few minutes longerthan to rush the cook. Read more

I have to be honest, this is THE best chain or any restaurant that I’ve been to in a LONG time. The service was Outstanding,... the food was HOT and delicious. We didn’t have to ask to anything. This is what you look for when dining out. You want astress free experience and that’s what we got. Tanyanna (our server) was very attentive, friendly, and definitely deservesrecognition. The manger was even nice enough to stop by all of the tables to make sure that all guests were happy. I hope thatthe every time we come we receive this type of service.
