Staff and food are typically above average here. Two star review is to express disappointment that the management has decided to... ask drive-through customers to tip. This is not right and unnecessarily subjects your staff to embarrassment/criticism. Read more
Never had a fast food location ask for tips when paying with plastic. This shouldn't be a thing.
Underfilled blizzard that was already melted when I received it.

Nice and quick place to drop by for a quick bite to eat. I used the drive through as I was in a bit of a hurry. Staff are... friendly and speedy. While it doesnt look like there is a lot of space to park when you first get there, you would be wrong. Asyou exit the drive through and turn right there is a much larger parking area to stop and munch on the delicious goodies youbought! I will be definitely stop by again when I drive through the area. Horrible customer service from one of the managers of the Ladysmith Dairy Queen! He was rude, agressive and obnoxious. I am... downright disgusted that he wouldn't let me order using a valid coupon and refused to serve us by shutting the window on us.Ontop of all of this, he frightened my daughter with his hostile behaviour.
