Never opened! Even if sign says it is they?re always closed!! Service OK
This location is the absolute worst. There's plenty to say about this place. It's almost always closed due to staff... shortages. When it is open, its super dirty and run down. The staff has always screwed orders up. Food is almost always cold...?(? As in why is it ever cold) And even the outside looks like it's never been taken care of. My family decided to have KFC for supper tonight. I arrived at 5 pm.. you can't sit in it has to be drive-thru. I go through..... I'm told they only have 7 pieces left, & none of them white meat. Placed an order through the app, husband drives from Duncan to pick up the order only to find the store is closed due to a staff... shortage. Totally understand it?s hard times for a lot of business right now but the option to order online shouldn?t be thereif the store is closed. Now I have to try to find out how to get refunded. Terrible customer service here! I had asked for hot sauce and did not get it so my boyfriend went up to the door to ask for it... and did not even get the time of day, so I called and then got hung up on. Busy or not all customers should be put first. If youdon't know how to provide customer service then you should not work for a company that has people coming and going all day! I've had a couple disappointing visits this past month. First one. I had ordered 20 hot wings. Half were hot and fresh the... other half were old and dry. I complained on my next visit. As I was unable to go back the same day as they closed at 5. Nothing was offered. On another visit, I watched as the french fries were placed back in the basket and recooked. Really???
