This was well worth the drive from our campground south of Chemainus! The owners are super friendly and take the time to chat... with you if you would like. We came here with friends and we were so glad we did! The staff was all super friendly, the foodwas very flavourful and we like the Tapas style so that you could try a whole bunch of different items. The meatballs,mushrooms, shrimp plus so much more are all worth trying! It is not a very large place so make sure you reserve or plan topotentially wait for a table. Came for a work dinner. Wonderful staff, all very friendly and accommodating. I had the lemon drop martini which was really... really good, and I also really enjoyed the Wings. The outside back garden is absolutely gorgeous and I wish I had takenpictures, but I didn't want to disturb the other guests. If I'm ever in Ladysmith again, I will certainly come back. Read more

Great ambience. Lovely folks. So appreciate the chef/owner coming out and chatting with us. That sort of connection keeps us... coming back. We enjoyed a couple of virgin margaritas that are made with their in-house mix. A perfect balance of sweet andsour! We started off with the so, so FRESH guacamole, salsa and homemade chips. Fantastic. The calamari was STUNNING. So fresh.Accompanied by lemon aioli. YUM. Next came the wings...we opted for the habanero glaze. ???? SUPER HOT but impossible to stopeating! A slight, controlled sweetness. Finally we cooled off our mouths with a couple of snapper tacos. One each was theperfect amount for us. We left dessert on the menu though there was plenty to tempt!! Wow... just wow. Incredible meal here tonight. An absolute gem in sleepy Ladysmith!! The Mexican/Spanish fusion menu is like... a greatest hits collection. We struggled to choose as everything sounded amazing. Every dish was fantastic. The Tequilaselection is impressive... this is where you bring your friends that don't like Tequila... show them the good stuff and theywill finally get it!! The food here is excellent...it's a Tapas restaurant, so if you're looking for an actual meal it might not be for you, but all... the tapas together make a very satisying dinner and everything we ate had so much flavour that I would happily eat here again. Read more
