This particular McDonald's suffers on an ongoing basis do to the fact they can't keep good staff around. If the management did... a better job people might actually not mind working there, but that is not the case. Most of the time service is far too slow,and the quality of the food coming out is sub par even for McDonald's. If you have a choice I would pick a0 different location. Read more
They can't even get a bacon mcdouble right. Always missing onion and pickle or cheese. Fries cold. Service is horrible, rude and... slow af. Always waiting on the side of the restaurant then when they come out they don't know who's food goes where ...they digin your food in the parking lot and it's gross. You're surrounded by lots of angry customers in the parking lot. This locationis total garbage and a waste of money. Read more
McDonald's employees are generally very professional and somewhat friendly. Alot of them do their jobs well, it is just too bad... they're doing them for such an obnoxiously malignant franchise. They are now taking away the last few things I felt wereservices to our communities, like helping people with a drink of water or the use of their washrooms without asking anything inreturn. I fully understand the difficulties that have led to the new methods around these hands they used to lend to the lessfortunate, but especially when each location seems to have adopted their own water/ washroom policies,I believe there are manymore compassionate and professional ways to counter the issues at hand. was sitting in spot 2 of the reserved parking around 6:30 on 10/24/22, one of the employees on break was staring at me the whole... time I waited, very strange. people taking our order were great though, so was the hot chocolate! Read more
Kudos to McDonald's Ladysmith staff this morning. One of the coffee brewers malfunctioned and it was complete mayhem. They... handled it as well as they could, in that situation. Shame on the people that were totally losing it. It's only coffee, people!Patience please. Please keep in mind, if these hard working people walk out due to stress, that mayhem will ensue every day. The drive thru in the mornings is run very well. In fact this is the best run breakfast time McD drive thru I have ever visited.... The lady who runs the pay window is wonderful. By the time you have ordered, paid and driven to the pickup window, yourbreakfast is waiting and ready to go. 3 min from start to finish. Can't say about other times, I'm only there for breakfast. Thought I would try the new crispy onion and bacon quarter pounder cause it looked so good on the sign. What I got was nothing... like the picture...if you advertise bacon and crispy onion on the burger it better have it!!! Another lack luster product toover spend on and be disappointed. Greasy cold fries, impatient cashier and when did they stop serving kid?s meals? I asked for a small kid size burger and cashier... rattled off ?we have Big Mac, 1/4 pounder?s and the rest of what she said was incoherent. Won?t stop there again. Read more
