Ordered a NY Deli pizza on thin crust at the counter. It was ready to go within 10 minutes. Super hot right out of the oven. I... had to wait until I had reached Nanaimo to enjoy a couple slices (too hot)! Customer service was excellent! Easy parking rightout in front of the store. Read more
Horrible service! Took over 2 hours for the Pizza to even arrive. We were 10 minutes away from the store. When we called to ask... for an update we were just transferred to customer care which was closed. When it finally arrived the driver didn?t even haveall of our items. What a joke Read more
5 stars as the customer service I received from Panago?s was amazing! After posting my not so favourable review last Wednesday,... I received a call on Friday from the owner asking about my disappointing order. It turns out the GF crust I enjoyed in Duncanhas been changed. Could he send some to Ladysmith for my next order? And I had a $59 credit waiting for me. Was it better? Yes,yes it was! The crust was fully cooked and i could enjoy the tart yet sweet sauce, the cheese was perfectly melted and stringy.I have enjoyed my dinner and I have cold pizza for breakfast and lunch! Yeah!! A lot of Panago's stuff is at least on par with other pizzas that are twice the price. Good professional service, very fast and... cheap delivery, good quality with a good price. No hassle, especially with online checkout. This company has adopted a goodbusiness model. NB: Although the person on phone could use some polishing, the reviews don't deserve less than 2 stars becauseof hurt feelings over a minor inconvenience. Read more
Apple pie is from a box and the cooler, not fresh and hot! Can buy that for cheaper from the grocery store!
