I?m honestly appalled. If I could give zero starts I would. I purchased a chicken wrap to take out as we were in a hurry. Not... only was the man moving at turtle speed, he kept yawning loudly and over and over. In the time I waited, I watched an employeesneeze in her hand and get right back to work, another man rub his actual nose and get back to work and the man making MYCHICKEN WRAP dropped the chicken scoop on the floor and someone else walked by, picked it up and put it RIGHT BACK IN ITS SPOT?for the next wrap to be served. This place is filthy and the staff were all standing around talking and doing absolutelynothing. I counted 7 people working and not one of them was lifting a finger to be sure the place was clean. I will NEVER eatthere again. And I threw the wrap out by the way. No way I was eating that. Read more
I waited 17 minutes in the drive through to get a small cup of coffee, unacceptable ????
Hubby and I went to get a coffee thru drive thru and the lady was the rudest I have even known. We got to the window and she... got the order wrong and was so rude even hubby commented on it even though I told him she had been rude when we ordered. I toldthe lady I hope she has a better day but that isn't what I wanted to say. Never again will I go there. Read more
Worst experience ever. They were out of literally everything on the menu. They don't serve "hot food" the person doing the drive... through was super rude. NEVER go here for food. Read more
Somehow, a relatively new store already feels aged and tired. Perhaps it's a shortage of cleaning? Ordering from the worker... was like speaking to a blank wall. He grunted in response the second time we asked each question. Mostly, he just pointed tothe screen that displayed the already-entered order items. Items were not available. The one basic sandwich we did get tookover 10 minutes to make, and was made poorly. Never again. I don't understand how this place is still open! Read more

I?ve come here everyday for 3 months. I?ve never experienced such rudeness from staff, 25 minutes in the drive thru with only 5... people in the line up, and if you order anything but a double double they get it wrong. Every time. I will drive the extra fewminutes to ladysmith from now on. Do better. Read more
I have gone there almost every day and a sticky is always lukewarm. I don't understand how they cannot serve a fresh hot tea.
