Very good service. Food is McDonald's so 3 star. Quick easy Great for the kids on a ride home.
Stopped at around 8:15pm on a Saturday, dining inside with 4 people. Took a few moments for any of the employees to even... acknowledge we were there, everyone seemed only to care about the drive thru. Once we ordered, it took much longer than itshould have to get our food. The store was not any busier than what I would say is normal Mcdonald's traffic. In addition toslow service, the store was a disaster. My shoes stuck to the floor after standing by the drink area, the drink station was amess, floors were filthy and garbage was strewn about. It very much appeared like none of the employees wanted to move tooquickly or work too hard. The store itself was modern and updated nicely, just poor service. Read more
It was just okay for me. Used their app. Ordered. Arrived and then waited at the front. The host wasn't the best. Explained I... pre-ordered and he asked me what app. I really didn't know because it was a Order Ahead button on the website. He said followme...and proceeded to walk into the kitchen. I stopped by the bar and 3 other people asked me if I ordered on the app. Is thisnew for them? Why are there so many questions about it? Anyhow, I felt like the entire pick up process was long and awkward withno one really on top of it, which took a lot longer to pick up and left me in an ackward place in the restaurant....waiting. Iordered a bacon burger with toppings. I ended up with 2 burgers on one bun, and no toppings. Guess they didn't read the appchoices? Burgers were kinda dry but the side salad was good. Trying their best in a rush. But handed me wrong order at drive through got my right order finally but someone elses soda... choice. Don't have time to run back due to long wait in drive through. Set the orders out in the order taken and there won'tbe screw ups in a rush. Not the first time this location has fouled up...the workers are good nice people doing their best buttheir managers do not give them the support or training. A worker fail is on the manager. Rude as ever. My mother pulled into the drive through, beyond rude to my mother when she tried to order. Saying the total every... 10 seconds. When my mother tried to get hotcakes added at the window, she said just to add it on at the next window. So we triedto, and she said ?Technically breakfast is over, but okay?, when i know damn well that breakfast doesn?t end until 11. They need to pay more attention to customer service. There food is not always the greatest make sure I check your receipt. make... sure that they make your food correctly also it is a toss up if u are going to get fresh fries or not. My tip to you would beask for fries with "no salt" this way they have to make them fresh and then salt them when I get home at least then u know theywill be fresh Read more
