Got the chicken teriyaki bowl. No sauce and chicken was not edible. Gross!
To extent that any given franchise in the chain is indifferentiable than any other in the chain, it's hard to rate these places... except on whether or not they deliver what they promise. Given that Jack in the Box only promises fast food, I'd say this placemeets expectations fully. And I can't find any other reason not to go to this establishment. So I'm giving it five stars juston that rather useless assessment. Read more

They are always so friendly. Great customer service. Have restrooms inside and are very clean. Small little fast food restaurant... but they are always making sure that they are getting the accurate order. Amazing experience. Read more
Ordered from here because it was close to home and open at 130-2am. I ordered a meat lovers breakfast burrito and it was 99%... egg. Hardly any meat. Should be renamed meat lovers disappointment burrito. Also ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomato andit was definitely a piece of chicken that had been sitting out under a heat lamp or warmer for a long time. Once you got beyondthe breading the chicken itself was jerky tough. Even where the chicken was thickest was dry and had no flavor. The sandwichwas inedible and I just ended up throwing it away. There may have been only one pwrson working there, but I was the onlycustomer at that time. When I made my order, he made no customer service attempts. No welcome. Just asking for my order. Itell him what I want and he just says 13.25. Didn't ask me if I wanted just the items ir the combo or maybe anything else. Ihanded him my card, he took it and brought it back. The just handed me the food. He didn't ask if I wanted any sauces either. Had I known I had to ask I would have, but since the option eas never offered, I at my food dry. I'm willing to give this spotanother chance, but as it stands I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially a hungry person late at night. Read more
Still in my top 3 fast food burger places. I'm glad to see them have deals on their Buttery Jack burger. I miss their spicy tiny... tacos though; too bad they were seasonal. Read more
Jumbo jacks went up to $3.49 and when I asked for one with no salt on the Patty they gave me a Burger with no sauce or mustard... or mayonnaise or anything it's still tasted OK it had lettuce and tomato and onion on it wasn't very warm though I don't go toJack's very often, I usually go today in-and-out.
