WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! THIS PLACE RUINS DAYS I ordered online at 11:21. My order had an instant pick up time adjustment... to 11:50. A half hour for a cold wrap is crazy but whatever. I showed up around 11:43 and walked into this dump of a facility.The cleanest thing here were the windows only becuase they were activly being washed by a third party cleaner. The young manwalked out from the kitchen 4 times before acknowledging anyone in the lobby (me and 5 others). What if I hadn't orderedonline.. I didn't know I was supposed to ring the doorbell at the counter if I wanted to have the ability to be greeted or orderfood. By the time I finally received my extremely complicated order of two wraps it was 13 minutes past the scheduled completiontime or 42 minutes past the original order time. The bag was handed to me in a rude fashion with no words said. When I finallyopened my long awaited lunch it was a disaster. The meat was on the bottom and the rice on the top... they folded the wrap thewrong way so it didn't mix the ingredients. I've been to this location many times and the ingredients are always fresh. The orders have always been consistently made and... accurate. If there is any issue with the order, it's corrected. The service has always been good and friendly. Parking getschallenging during peak days and hours, but always manage to find something close by. I haveno problem recommending. Read more

What can I say about Vitality Bowls Lafayette? Truly brimming with vitality, life, and light... It was bright. It was clean. It... was an easy experience. Understaffed, long service/wait time. Best to order online and hope for quick pickup. This also puts extra pressure on the staff... to work harder to meet efficiency metrics. I?m not sure if they just don?t have the amount of business to keep the place runningefficiently. If the same person has to prepare orders in the kitchen and keep an eye out and manage the register/customersfailure is inevitable. Lack of parking during the weekdays just kills their business too but that?s part of a larger problem inthe Bay Area. More sugar than a Twinkie, slower than molasses in January and more expensive than your cable bill, these açaí bowls are a... racket. That said, they are tasty as all get up. The honey on top of the bananas on top of the granola makes it. The kombucha ontap is a nice touch. Service is friendly and this chain as enough of a menu to keep it interesting if you get Bowl-bored. Read more
