This was the most disorganized and unpleasant dining experience. The food was cold and the fries must have been leftover from... the day before. Was not busy but had at least 5 different staff help at the table. Original waitress never came back to thetable after taking the order. Lack of enthusiasm from all staff working the bar area. Even after sending the day old fries backno manager visited the table. Had to ask for the bill twice from 2 different staff. Usually someone who will tip above thestandard 20% but this visit unfortunately did not yield any tip. Never been to a restaurant with so much dissatisfaction. Chili?s dominated tonight. We love the meal deal options. Corn on the cob was great. My friend Papa Tony loved her drinks and... food and really liked the napkins! Service was so amazing, Jorge is the best ever. We loved our waiter he was so nice andaccommodating to our large group. Emma McCartney was obsessed with everything and gave major pilgrim vibes throughout the night!Ellison ate her fried pickles right up. Pictured is Bella Coats feeling the vibes. Connor Carson enjoyed himself, as did LizaLoeks. Kaitlyn Ishida tried to sell me a Kate Spade bag, which was a little intrusive. Nicholas Michael Protz gave it a 10/10. Read more
We were there with 3 grandchildren 4, 3, and 18 months. We gathered them up at the end of the meal, after tipping very... well...Grandpa had the 18 month old and 3 year old by the hand, walking slowly out of restaurant to parking lot. 3 year olds Ipad was left behind, no one came to give it to him with PLENTY of time to do do, Grammy noticed at the car, went back in and itwas not handed to her immediately. It was out back in the office already with no attempt to return it to us and a secondemployee had to go get it and it all seemed to be a chore rather than a pleasure for them to do so Read more
Food was generally waht you'd expect, except the mustard had a distinct moldy flavor. Which if there had been service outside of... when the food arrived, they could have been told. Empty drink for over 5 minutes. I may go back to a Chili's restaurant, but itwon't be this one. Read more
The steak is gas honestly expected the normal chillies quality that is pretty mid. But this location did it right and the... servers are Hella chill. Could put some more liquor in the drinks but the food is good Read more
I am really in love with the 3 for 10 because the enchilada soup is Sooooo tasty, I was embarrassed to ask for refill of it... haha. Can't go wrong with the Cajun pasta (chicken or shrimp). I will be back, best deals, service and taste for the price! Read more
Went during dinner time and it was packed. So it did take a while to get food and drinks, but that is to be expected with... businesses coming back to full capacity. Server was still very attentive all in all it was worth the trip out. Read more
Almost always have a good experience here. There really is only one waitress we try to avoid.
