We get food from this location once or twice a month. It has to be the filthiest Chipotle I have ever been in. There seems to be... zero effort in keeping the dining room clean or maybe they are trying to discourage people from eating there. It's horrendous. There were zero people in the dining room, and taking out the trash seemed to be the priority. Umm...how about wipe the tablesdown really fast and do a quick sweep before you worry about the trash. There was no one there to put more trash in anyway. Mosteveryone was in the back of house worrying about closing the kitchen. Send someone to the front of house to tidy up for 15minutes so you don't run off potential customers. Terrible. And...it's like this every single time we go in there. Gross. Read more

I ordered a burrito bowl, 2 burritos, chips and salsa. All 3 main items barely had any meat in them. When i say barely I mean go... in the kitchen with a fork and dig to find it. There was about a teaspoon of meat in each item.My burrito was ice cold all theway through and was 90% rice. The place was so dirty in the eating area that if I hadn't ordered online I would have walked out.I was also supposed to get a free side of guacamole and chips. Never got it. Went to Lafayette chipotle at 8:45pm they close at 10 I was ordering 4 burritos and 1 bowl with two people in front of me only... one guy was actually working to make food for customers out of the six or seven workers I saw the others were closing one girlin the back was standing there pretending to pull meat apart probably for the next day another was wiping the same table outsidechecking his phone one standing at the cash register not paying attention to anything and a few others milling around sweepingputting hood vents up what not the one making food was taking order from customers and making it as he made carry out orders atthe same time he was doing a great job unfortunately no one helping him my food was not labeled if someone is getting fourdifferent burritos you would think they would label it but no out of my order only the bowl had a label on it it had a c on iteven though it was a steak bowl not chicken ended up having to open all four burritos at home to determine who?s was who?s I hadasked for a side of red pepper salsa for y the bowl and was given a side of tomato?s spent fifty dollars on the worst food Ihave had from a chipotle will definitely not eat at this location again if possible the one guy making everything was trying hisbest to get help with everyone else too busy to help had to get lettuce himself one guy did bring some white rice after he hadto ask four or five times I almost didn?t want to post a bad review because of this one worker trying so hard he did the best hecould with the people around him not doing anything as far as I?m concerned as for the cashier not even labeling the items thisis why I had to write this because after taking the burritos apart to see who?s was who?s it was a mess and not one of usenjoyed our meal five upset customers Read more

Like the other reviews explain, this Chipotle really struggles with order accuracy and customer service. Placed an online order,... picked it up and brought it home only to find it was the wrong order inside, despite the label being correct. I drove back torestaurant and told them the issue, and asked for them to remake it. They remade it, but in the midst of also trying to managecall-in and online orders at the same time, they somehow bagged the wrong order. Got home to find the wrong thing again. Droveback for a third time and explained that I still had the completely wrong order and the employee I had asked for assistance wascondescending after I requested another remake. Took an hour and a half of going back and forth just to get the correct burritoorder. Customer service, cleanliness, and order accuracy are all highly lacking at this location. Seems to be no management ortraining so the employees aren't really equipped to do their jobs well or handle any type of issue. Read more

WORST AND I MEAN WORST CHIPOTLE IN EXISTENCE!! Nearly every time we have ordered online something was messed up or missing. One... time my husband ordered a whole meal and got a bowl of old chicken and nothing else. Today we went in in person. The Hispaniclady who works lunch always skimps on ingredients, if I?m paying $9+ for a burrito I expect there to at least be a decent amountof beans and rice as they are the cheapest ingredients, and she seemingly goes out of her way to short everyone on food. Todaythey had no fajita veggies. I ordered a veggie burrito(which I have started ordering every time here because their proteinsalways have gristle or cartilage) and it wasn?t until I?m asking for the fajita veggies that the girl finally says ?oh we don?thave any today? what is a veggie burrito without the veggies? Also how do you not have bell peppers and onions? Seems managementneeds to do a better job placing their food orders. When we got up to pay we asked for an apple juice for the kids meal and thekid at the cashier tells me ?we don?t have apple juice and haven?t in awhile? which I know is a flat out lie because I was therea week and a half ago and had no issue ordering apple juice then. After countless horrible experiences at the location we willnot ever be back and advise that other folks avoid this location as well. Read more

I?ve been here twice over the last couple of weekends and the people building the bowls use a very stingy strategy when they are... putting them together. If you?re in the area and not very hungry, it?s fine. Otherwise go to a different one, like the one inBoulder. Read more
