Delicious burgers, waited over 25 minutes for our shakes, which were completely melted and horrible tasting. We threw them away... they were so awful. Read more

The Colorado burger was super tasty! The fries were hot and tasty as well. The server informed me that there would be a slight... wait ahead of time. I appreciated that. And my order was delivered to my table. Also cool. Some of the tables were a bit tooclose together. And the parking lot is a little limited. Overall a good and tasty experience. Read more

Excellent stop for a quick burger. Brian does a good job keeping the orders flowing and the dining area clean. Takeout and... in-store togo orders are fast, friendly and overall what you?d expect. Maybe add a shake if you?re feeling spicy. Read more

All 3 times I have ordered from here they always mess it up!!!!!!!!!!!!! ???????????????????????? They support child hunger and... are false advertising. This is not smash burger. I stopped in on 26 Feb 22 at 1650 making my way home from working. I wanted more then just a "fast food" burger. Ordered the... Colorado lettuce wrapped with smash tots to go They don't get many requests for lettuce wrapped so I heard the staff clarifyingthat I did not want a bun, but I got exactly what I ordered. The staff was friendly and provided an easy ordering experience.Customer service was outstanding. Thanks Smash burger staff!! When I got home about 20 minutes later I warmed up tots in thetoaster oven and enjoyed my dinner. *** Only suggestion even though it was non stop busy with food orders is to do a quick wipedown of tables for those that may want to dine in. Smashburger has not delivering me a great experience in Colorado, but this location is the worst one you can go. Went there a... few times, not a super clean spot by far, and it always has delays. However, last Saturday their employees went above and beyond-- and I'm being ironic. I was leaving on a trip with my wife and son and, because he was asleep, we ordered online (takeout)through the app. Once I entered the restaurant, one employee just yelled "15 minutes" in a rude manner. I replied "but I orderedonline", and his face was kind of "whatever". There were other customers in line and he wasn't being friendly with anyone. Myorder came around 12 min after I arrived (around 18 min since I put the order), however my milkshake cup was only 2/3 full andmy burger wasn't warm. I took a pic of my shake just after receiving it -- you can see the cup was sealed. I was really upset,but I could not stay and complain. Also, I 'm pretty sure the employee didn't care about getting my order right, so he wouldn'tcare about fixing it. I really hope I receive a feedback from Smashburger - if not, I'll stop going to their restaurants, notjust this one. UPDATE (Oct 11th 2021): as you can see below, someone from the company wrote an answer asking me to send anemail to them, telling my case. I sent two emails. First I had no answer. Second they said I should wait for an answer (thatnever came). I'm no longer a customer. Read more
