Rude customer service, it feels like there?s one primarily problematic employee and it has set the tone for the rest of the... place, making the other employees a bit short and snappy in return. Not only are they a bit abrasive to the customers but toeach other as well. Smoothies are pretty good which is why I did two stars and not one. But I?ve gotten smoothies three timesthere now, and it?s not comfortable staying in there, you don?t feel welcome at all. Read more
Utter failure of management. Will not be back. Double charged me b/c they didn't understand their receipt tape was out. Showed... identical orders on the prep screens. Showed two identical charges on my credit card app. Manager took my receipt, tried toargue with me. Cashier charged the next person in line then claimed it was cancelled again. They left having been charged andan order displayed on the prep screens. Cashier then tried to double charge the next person. All the while the transactions were**completed successfully** and receipts were spitting out on the other terminal. Read more

I received half of my order via DoorDash which is not the fault of the store or manager. I called the store and Sierra was super... kind, friendly, and offer VIP cards for the problem. A few days later, I entered the store to claim the cards and there was alady who the absolutely unnecessarily rude and problematic. The woman claimed to "not be in charge" and "can't help because shehad to call [Sierra]" to help due to Sierra already leaving for the day. I told her I can wait if she wanted to call. She seemedannoyed and then ask "what did I ordered" I told her six smoothies with food. Then the woman walked away mid-sentence to theback. After a min or two, she came back to the front and started waving these paper cards in my face saying " you can only getfour because two of your smoothies was delivered." Um ok cool. Once I looked at the cards, they were expired on 12/31/21 and Iasked "if the cards are okay to use since it states that they are expired." The lady rolled her eyes and stated "I'm super busyand the cards never expired" then proceed to walk away. I just left because I just can't. Anyways, I will never go back to thatlocation due to the woman and I hope she finds a better job if she can't handle the day to day of working at smoothie shop. Read more
Went here and the customer service was very poor. Man who was preparing food with face tattoos was not very friendly. The cafe... did not have many things that was on the menu?instead of apologizing for the inconvenience the man tried to sell us things toeat that we were not interested in. At the end we decided not to eat there and the man said, ?come on man stop being souptight.? Sorry but not sorry, we did not want to eat something that we did not want. Read more
Great smoothies. Employees rude and unprofessional. I came in for 2 smoothies. It took them 25 minutes. A family of 5 came in... after me and got their order before me. When I asked how long it takes to make 2 smoothies, I was told, "We're understaffed."No apology given. Unacceptable. Read more

I came here in hopes of a smoothie because I enjoyed them at other locations. As soon as I arrived, the guy working the front... was enjoying a conversation with a supply delivery guy. He then went straight to washing supplies. By the time he had no reasonto ignore me, he finally took my order. I live in the area but I'll never go here again and discourage others the same. Read more
