I almost always take food home. The last time the oil had not been changed out which made the chicken look burned. Also a side... wasn't filled up which only two people got any of the rice, there is never enough rice. I have never had such a ridiculous experience at any establishment. Not organized whatsoever. An order called in 45 minutes... before my arrival still took another 20 minutes to come out. Chaos is the only word to describe it. Read more
Once again went to eat at the restaurant in Lafayette Ga and was informed that the store was once again out of cooked... chicken!!!! This makes three attempts to order in the last few months. It is very easy to see why there are never any cars inthe parking lot! Can not wait for this place to close and maybe get a REAL chicken place in our town!!! Read more
Wonderful experience!!! Amazing cashier , Samantha , took very good care of us . She said there would be a short wait for... chicken because the breast that was left didn't look good to her . She also made sure my brother's and my order came outtogether . The chicken was probably the best I ever had !! All of the staff were very nice ???? . Read more
My wife and I have been wanting Bojangles for quite some time now but it can be expensive when you have six mouths to feed, so... today we finally had a chance to squeeze in some us time and decided to have lunch at this Bojangles We went in and it feltlike a ghost town with only a hand full of people dining in. The place was kind of dark, the Chicken that they had was dry as abone, the sides were limited and the most of the containers empty, there was Macaroni and Cheese but the container hadcaramelized cheese in it and looked like it hasn't been washed in a month which is absolutely NASTY !! We turned around andwalked out. We then went to the Bojangles in Fort Oglethorpe and it wasn't much of an improvement although the food was hot,fresh and tasty ( b.c. we waited 30 minutes to get it !!) I don't understand why because there were only a couple of cars in thedrive through and one other couple in the dining room already eating. A lady came in stating that she had been sitting in theDrive-Thru for 20 minutes already and nobody had even bothered to take her order, the assistant manager came to the register andtold her that they were short staffed, The lady told her that she didn't care that they were short staffed and that was noexcuse for her to have to sit in the Drive-Thru that long without them even Acknowledging that she was there when they weren'tthat busy. The manager came and said something to the lady that I couldn't hear the lady then told he that she would be callingto complain to the corporate office. After making sure that the lady had left the lobby, the employees are in the back yellingobscenities and dropping F-bombs about the confrontation loud enough to be heard in the dining room by my wife & I as well asother guest. That was very unprofessional and uncalled for !! I ordered chicken last Sunday at noon...no chicken! My wife worked there until today and left because of the filthiness of the... store...( See pics) She refused to bring chicken home because of the possibility of food poisoning... Notice: the owner doesn'trespond to negative reviews.... (there's a lot.) I refused to interview with them because of the reviews. The place is filthy,greasy and dirty because management ( when on time) does not expect cleanliness of this place...(see pics!) I'd feel safereating after a raccoon....a lot of people eat here for breakfast... BEWARE!... You have been warned!...the pics will show thefilthiness of the cooler and the shoes of my wife, who worked there for a month. Visited on Feb 15 2018. I was greeted by very friendly staff which I?m beginning to believe is to be a Southern custom. The lady... helping me was very kind and for a first-timer at the place she definitely helped me pick which plate would be best for me.Their chicken was juicy on the inside and crusty on the outside, just like it?s supposed to be. The prices were very reasonableand the portions were very reasonable. I could not complain about anything, and actually wanted to speak to the manager to thankhim for the service. Somebody different taking your order daily a new attitude and different price daily tryn to charge 3 dollars more than should.... Slow slow and arguing between employees..its terrible never know from day to day if u cane get breakfast! General mangagmentneeds to spend some time at this store..fort oglethorpe store has same prices same friendly employees u know what your gettingwith them. And please quit putting workers in public view who has FLEA BITES all over them..and 5here should not be cleaningagents on the biscuit prep table ..i may just yave to call the health department ..
