Carhop was informed we got fries instead of tots, but wouldnt fix it. Didnt give marinara with mozzarella sticks, asked for... that before she went in to get the honey mustard for the chicken tender meal. Drinks were flat. Cold food. Also, screen wascovered at bay 8, where it looked like the order couldnt be paid there, but she got a little attitude about having to walk backin and run payment for our order. Worst experience at a sonic out of all the years ive been there. Wont be back to this one. Read more

Ordered an ocean water, got what looked like hotdog juice instead (not even kidding it was pinkish brown water), a strawberry... limeade that ended up just being sprite with a scoop of strawberries on top, and they left out a whole order of chicken. Icontacted twice with no response, I wanted to atleast get the issues fixed, but now I just don?t even want to return to thislocation. No condiments ever. The staff is a bunch of kids that don?t even look happy to be working there, this sonic is lackingmajorly in many areas. Read more

Ordered DoorDash and was excited for some popcorn chicken?. Welllll, that chicken was as hard as a ROCK. & that?s not an over... exaggeration. Couldn?t even stab it with a METAL FORK. DON?T SERVE FOOD TO CUSTOMERS THAT YOU WOULDN?T EAT!!!! Read more

Don?t use the app when ordering in LaFayette Georgia. They do not know how to process the orders. This was the 2nd time they... ?lost? my online order. After asking about it for an hour, they refused to refund my money at the store. Made me call 800number and wait 7-10 days for a refund. . Corporate office?s response is the offer of a free route 44 drink with your nextpurchase. The same drink you would gotten free if the store knew how to process an order placed through the app EVERY time 2people order. Training staff how to use the app is apparently low priority at this location. Read more

Unfortunately, none of the staff understands the importance of keeping Sonic Blast toppings separated. Returned twice because... my son's M&M Blast had more butterfinger in it than M&Ms. Asked to speak to the manager, and was told the person I was speakingto was the manager and I was offered no apology whatsoever. Experiences like this have happened less than 10 times in my life,and I understand that people have bad days from time to time, but the attitudes of the staff left a sour taste in my mouth. This Sonic used to be great, but it has slowly slipped. We will not return in the future. Read more

Supposed to be buffalo jumbo but you see there is no sauce and I noticed when I got home and to late to go back. I have more... problems out of this sonic than I do any restaurant anywhere. They don't think they are always rite. Clearly their food stinkswon't be back here. Read more
