I am not one to really ever give bad reviews but today was the worst experience Ive ever had at any restaurant. I placed an... order online for pickup. I walked in and there were a couple people waiting by the pick up area. When a worker came out theyasked everyone except me if they had an order and then only helped them. After that the worker finally acknowledged me and gotme my food but no drink. I walked out so frustrated that I didn’t realize I never got my drink so I walked back in and waitedanother 15 minutes and other people came in later after me. A different worker came up and helped the other people first beforeme even though I was the first one in there waiting. In the process also 3-4 workers walked by and looked at the front butwalked in a different area. Finally someone came to help me and got my drink. The previous worker came out and apologized butwith an attitude and more so excuses. I’ve worked in the food business for years and this is not how you treat customers.Thank you to the one person that helped me and actually looked like they were happy to be there. Read more

If there was a 0 star rating it would get it for service. Food is still good but the service is horrible. Had a to-go order and... the manager was the one helping me. She went in back to check my order and she promptly disappeared. About 10 minutes laterfinally got helped by a server. Last time I will ever order from this location. Read more

My waitress Kelly was amazing! She was very attentive to our table and was very helpful with the menu and items on it. She was... very kind and had things done in a timely manner. Would recommend her to anyone. Phenomenal customer service. Read more

Very Bad experience from staff at Lafayette Buffalo Wild Wings today. I ordered wings online at 6:18 pm and set up pick up time... at 7:40 pm. I reached there around 7:53 pm as my app showed my order is ready to pick. I asked one of the lady staff there aboutto pick up my order and showed my ID to show my name on it to make it easy for her to find my order. She went inside and cameout and replied me it’s not ready yet. When I asked how long it’s take to get ready she replied nothing and her behavior wasvery rude to me. She kept me waiting for another 20 minutes. When I asked her again about my order status she was leaving herjob around 8:20 pm. She replied with frustration on me that “I kept asking them about your order but they did not know.” Andshe left. Very poor customer services. We ate here tonight and could not be more disappointed. The boneless chicken was Sam’s Club chicken chunks deep-fried. No... flavor whatsoever and all breading. Extra small pieces. Prices have skyrocketed. Paid $6.30 for an order of fries. Plain Janefries not even loaded. Paying three dollars for beer cheese that wasn’t even all the way full. Closer to half full. Slowservice. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, usually, but this location is horrible, and I'd argue that's a compliment. Every time I've ordered... pick-up I arrive 5-10 minutes *after* the food was supposed to be done to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours before I getmy order. Due to the frustration (and need to get home) I forget to check the order before leaving; it's literally wrong everysingle time. Ask for extra sauce for the wings? Expect the wings to have no sauce. Order dry rub? Expect them to be as plain aspossible. I've eaten inside the restaurant twice, both on an slow afternoon; the wait times were similar to ordering pick-up...and the order was also wrong. Read more

First let me start by saying I just left there with my family of 5 and when we walked in there was only one other family of 3 in... the restaurant, we stood at the entrance waiting to be seated for almost 10 minutes before having to go hunt down a manager whowhen found did not even apologize for the wait but was actually extremely rude!!!!! Totally unacceptable!! So when we werefinally seated our server was at least friendly. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and 30 wings and drinks. When our orderfinally came out which took every bit of 20 minutes the mozzarella sticks were cold to the touch and the wings were also cold tothe touch!!!!! The fries were okay I guess. The best thing about our meal was the salsa!!!! It was actually pretty good!! When Ibrought our issues up with the waitress she pretty much dismissed my complaints and said I'll let the cook know. And that wasthe last I heard of our issue. The check was brought to our table and we were charged for everything even though we did nottouch half of our food due to it being cold. And nobody seamed to want to address our concerns with our food!! I did not want tomake a seen in the restaurant so I will be calling either a manager or district manager to help me with our issue!! First issue was my wife ordered her chicken wrap with no tomatoes and it came out with them on it. Second and biggest issue is... the fact I ordered one of their “hand breaded” chicken sandwiches which clearly was just pulled out of a frozen bag anddropped in the deep fryer. Since they changed owners to the parent company they have went steeply down hill. The only reasonwe even came was because I won a gift card at work, so glad this terrible excuse for food was on my company’s dime! Do betterbdubs, you are beginning to embarrass yourself! Read more
