I didn't give 5 stars bc I looked at the menu online before I left and it showed 4.99 I added tomatoes so 5.99 and they said a... higher price even after showing them the meal online, they were very nice besides that. The pumpkin dessert was amazing too~! Read more
Food was so good as always. Everyone that works here has a great attitude and does excellent customer service.
Worst experience I've had in a long time.very unprofessional staff. Girl working drive through was hollering the f word during... my ordering and throughout our meal. Floor was filthy along with all the tables. Unfortunately this place has really gone downhill. Thwy told us the were out of alfredo noodles when obviously fazolis isnt running out of them it was 9:30pm ans they didn'twant to cook more. Read more

Had a wonderful time at Fazolis tonight. Wish we had them in IL! Food was great; my fiancee enjoyed the garlic chicken ravioli... and I chowed down on the sampler. The gentleman working the register, John, was great. Strong customer service focus!!! Heexplained items on the menu and offered to explain more if we would like. He delivered our food with a smile and broughttableware we forgot to grab, and he later visited us with the kind offer of more bread sticks. Yes please! Very poorly managed. I complained about my pasta because my mom wanted meat sauce instead of regular marinara and when i took my... pasta to the counter the cooks demeanor and attitude about the complaint was rude so i complained to the gm (stacy) and realizedwhy she acts that way because her managers attitude is the same. Also looks like this place hasnt been cleaned in years and theducts up front are dripping liquid. Only good thing was the young gentleman taking order was friendly and the older lady whobrought our food. Good luck to this establishment. Read more

Still the amazing breadsticks from years ago. Order accuracy is a bit of an issue and so is product description. If you're going... to advertise fried mozzarella skewers and don't include a skewer, it's just fried mozzarella. Read more
