It's a gorgeous location with friendly service and delicious food. My burger was delicious, I would recommend choosing fries as... your side rather than the chips. The scones they set out for us were yummy and a nice touch. The food was a good price for afull service restaurant, though the cheesecake, while amazing, was a bit overpriced. I took my mom here for a belated Mother's Day dinner, and our experience was amazing! I believe that the names of the two... employees who took care of us were Emma and Carrie, and they were both absolutely delightful. The house is gorgeous and we wereallowed to go upstairs and outside to see all the beautiful historic rooms. The food was also delicious; we ordered thecharcuterie board, the fontina pasta (one with chicken and the other with asparagus), and the chocolate peanut butter bombe. Idefinitely want to come again for the next special occasion and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice nightout. Read more
Visit the Fowler house with my cousin. Beautiful home with lots of history. Lunch and dinner are served here. They have just put... in a new bar. We enjoyed our lunch outside, just the perfect day too. We both had the chicken salad sandwich. Was very good. Iup graded to fresh fruit, Yum! My cousin had the homemade chips, They were good too. My wife and I had our wedding here and the venue and service were phenomenal. Though we were on a budget, they worked with us to... deliver the most delicious dinner to all our guests. Decided we wanted what we dubbed a "Fancy Lunch". The Fowler House did not disappoint. The whole visit was an experience. Both... inside and out are beautiful and spectacularly kept. The lunch menu is not massive but has several good selections for all typesof appetites. I had Fish and Chips with the Cheesecake for dessert, my sister had The Grilled Cheese and White Chicken Chiliwith the Chocolate Mousse for dessert. We were so glad we decided to treat ourselves. I don?t know where to begin. We wanted a small, intimate wedding of only close friends and family. We had no real vision of what... we wanted our wedding to look like. We wanted simple and that works perfectly with the Fowler House? it?s so beautiful itdoesn?t need to be dressed up. Jacqueline was with me from day one. She replied to emails within great time frame and met withus many times before the wedding. She gave us so many ideas for our big day. Seriously, she did everything. Her mom and fiancéall work together and they are just an amazing crew. I am so happy that I met these wonderful people. Including the staff. Theywent above and beyond for all the guest. They were so polite, professional and down to earth. In the photo of us withJacqueline, she ran out in the rain to ask if she could go ahead and feed our guest. (We were kind of behind on our schedule)She seriously goes above and beyond. The Fowler House is a perfect venue for a wedding . They do everything for you. They setup, tear down, cater and coordinate. Oh, and booze! The details in the property is perfect for how simple or how detailed youwant your wedding. It rained on our wedding day and honestly, I am so happy it did. It made the ceremony even for intimate withthe beautiful windows in the background. The bridal suite was so full of light. It made it perfect for getting ready photos.You have the entire venue to use and Jacqueline will make a beautiful floor plan for you! My husband and I came in to celebrate our anniversary. We got the best service that you could ever ask for! Our dinner was... absolutely delicious! The bartender went out of his way to find a wine that I asked for. Our server, Emma was the best! She tooktime out just to take pictures of us and her service was exceptional!
