All the waiters have their table out with customers that they sit at and eat while working. That is if they weren?t sitting at... the bar taking selfie, or texting on their phones, and eating the food that I sent back while it is sitting next to everyoneelse?s food All the cooks were eating and drinking while cooking.. The wait is forever?. The food was at least decent( frieswere still half frozen) Then when she brought our change back she said you have a 1.87 in change you don?t need that back doyou!!!!! Yikes. Maybe I caught the place on a bad day, but it was horrible. Food took over an hour to get and the place was just way too... loud. Our waitress was friendly and was definitely just as frustrated with the kitchen as we were. I don?t know what is going onback there, but that kitchen needs an overhaul in better staff and management. The manager came out, apologized and offered adiscount. But he just seemed incredibly apathetic with little energy in any word he said. I get it. The whole evening was adisaster. But he seemed to not care about us at all. Food was fine? The shrimp had been sitting under a heat lamp whileeverything else was being cooked, and it was a nightmare trying to get the shells off. And the consistency ended up being weird.The rest of the food was okay, however. I?m only giving this 2 stars over 1 because of our great waitress. Read more
Daytona style wings are the bomb period! They were cooked to perfection! My wife had the chicken sandwich. It?s the first time... I?d seen a chicken sandwich rival an Indiana Tenderloin! Look at the picture and you?ll understand. Kids had burgers and we allhad fries of some sort. All the food was really good. Looked as if they are working with a short staff and doing their best! I had a terrible experience with hooters in Lafayette last night...I was with a big group and told the back section was closed... although the tables were still open. I was given an excuse about the waitress in that section was gone even though there was 3waitresses working. We was stuck sitting in uncomfortable highchairs that wasn't accommodating to bigger people. It took overan hour to get sodas and a bottle of beer and we were the only customers there until a few people showed up and received theirorders way before us. The waitresses were nonchalant and downright rude especially when trying to ask about our orders. All thewaitresses were doing was trying to sit on their backside and expect a tip....our orders finally came after almost 2 hours andwe wasn't satisfied with the quality of the food nor the wilted salad that was terrible I won't begin to mention the grease firethat made our chicken taste like trash..If you go to hooters think again and go to bdubs....at least you are going to havecompetency Read more
