Do not eat here, it?s 2022 and they don?t have a sufficient online ordering system, quite comical. When we did pickup our... incorrect order the food was cold and the pizza had a hair in it. When we called the store they blamed the online system anddidn?t offer any refund. Classless staff and management, but hey that?s what they must strive for. Well done! Read more
We were in Lafayette around 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night. I walked in to HotBox Pizza and asked how long for a cheese pizza the... guy saidv10 min. So, I ordered a cheddar & mozzarella cheese pizza with half pepperoni & half Jalapeños. 10 minutes later outcame my hot pizza to go. The bread sticks were hot, soft, and salty the sauce leveled out the flavor. The pizza was fantastic. 3times the price of little cesar, but I'd say it was 3 times better too! I didn't tip because it was take out & $25 for pizza isa bit high. Good overall experience! Read more
Okay, so the breadsticks .... freaking amazing. Honestly I eat them for a meal. tiny bit crunchy on the outside, super soft on... the inside. The hotbox cups, also a highlight, I feel like I'm too old to keep cups from restaurant but I don't care, we lovethem! The pizza ... well, there's a reason I'm mentioning it 3rd. I'd give it a solid 3.8 out of 10. It's edible, but aboutanywhere else (other than little ceasars) in town is better if you're looking for a good pizza. Read more

Just visiting town. Saw a few negative reviews and about didn't order from HotBox. Soooo glad we ignored those reviews and did!!... Pizza was amazing. Loved the crust. Lots of toppings. I'm not to sure what kind of pizza they have, but it isn't close a domino's pizza. Pizza Hut is much better. Would I go there... again? Without question that's a difinent No! The people there are great, service is great ... Actually, everything was greatbut the pizza. If I don't find a true chicagi style pizza out here soon, I will open my own! Read more
