We went through the drive thru and were told to park and wait for our food (along with four other cars). They did not let us... know there was a delay before (or after) paying for our food. Sad to say that I am very disappointed with the Brand altogether today. First of all the campaign of a Free soda "Bucket" with... purchase of a 12 or 16 piece Bucket Meal... PLEASE!! A plastic bag is NOT a BUCKET!! In the advertisement picture with themeal, it actually looks like a Bucket, complete with a handleI Reality is it is a heavy gauge plastic bag with a pleated bottomand a screw on cap at the top. My husband ordered dinner ($70 total) and one of our $20 tender fill ups consisted of bite size chicken tenders. Literally, the... sauce packets were bigger than the tenders. I called in and the manager, Henry, did finally find our order (after some searchingthrough the computer) and offered to replace the bucket that was not up to par. We have this issue with KFC?s before - wheretheir tenders were more like nugget size - you would think the corporate office would try and remedy this problem with theirfood distributor. Customer service was mediocre until he found our actual order, (I think he initially thought I was just tryingto get free food), once he found our order his demeanor changed drastically. Read more
