I find it unacceptable how this McDonald?s still continues to hire disrespectful employees. I came in with my dad today and this... lady was making fun of my dad for how he was talking like? And it gets worse? she was LITERALLY talking about my dad to anothercostumer acting like we couldn?t hear her? like that?s embarrassing KATHY yes her name is Kathy and I hope you guys teach hersome manners give her some classes because she was awfully rude for no reason and talking about my dad was really unnecessary ifyou had a problem you could?ve addressed it with us. Got off work after standing on my feet for 8hrs & wanted nothing but a fast & hot meal after a long days of work. Sat in drive... thru for 30min before ever getting our order taken, another 15-20min in front of the pick-up window waiting to be handed ourfood just for it to be all cold, nuggets were no where near crispy any longer due to sitting for so long & then ice was in mysweet tea when asked for no ice. As we sat there waiting for the lady to bring us our food we witnessed her bagging up 8 diffUber Eats orders. So my question is, why do the customers who actually gets out & drives to pick up our hot food, have to waitfor our food when we?re just like the customers who gets their food delivered to them. Why is the delivery orders so much moreimportant then anyone else?s orders when we all pay for HOT food? Only difference is some of us actually pick up our ownfood/items rather then have it delivered (this is not directed towards anyone specific, as I do know there?s some people whodon?t or can?t drive so that?s their only option is delivery). Awesome nice older man that works there helped my little girl a couple weeks ago at the play area with her shoes and It was... sweet, he needs a raise! He was keeping the place clean and safe. Food was wonderful too!!! ???? this is my fav mcds!!! Read more
Update: AM drive through is excellent. Original: No one was at the cash register to take our order, so we ordered at the kiosk.... The kiosk said to take a tent, enter the tent number and have a seat which we did. A while later I heard a voice shouting myorder number and I tried to get their attention to show them my tent, but no one was around so I walked up to get my order and Ishowed them my tent and the manager said "I'm not doing table service. I'm all by myself" Well I can see you at least three orI can see at least five other employees there. The order was incomplete. All of the hand sanitizers were empty as well as thenapkin dispensers. I will say that the table we sat down at was clean and even though the food was lukewarm it still tastedgood. My granddaughter enjoyed playing at the playplace. It's disappointing all the way around to realize the people that workhere aren't getting any kind of support and apparently they're overworked and underpaid. Read more
Worst service, ever! Good luck getting acknowledged at the drive through. Make sure you check your order well, BEFORE you leave... the window. After waiting 30 minutes, (I was the only car when I first arrived), I was sent they to second window to pick up myONLINE order. After waiting another 10 minutes, or so, I was informed they did not have ice cream. I had to prompt them into arefund. The remainder of my order was just 2 teas with 1 half cut with sweet tea; and 4 pies. I was handed a bag with pies andwas then handed 2 unsweetened teas. In spite of showing the worker my order on my phone, she continued to argue one was not halfsweet. She did finally offer to remake it, but the people behind me had waited so long, I didn?t want to hold them upanymore. I got to my destination and began to pass out pie to my granddaughters, and surprise! only 2 pies, not the 4 I hadordered and paid for. AVOID THIS LOCATION BY ALL MEANS. Read more
7/19/22 I visit here often and many times now I have not been asked about being a Rewards member and they offer free items when... they don't. However, I'm constantly greeted with evil looks and bad attitudes when I ask about the free item. Like it's comingout of their paycheck or it's going to put McDonald's out of business. I don't understand. If you don't want to give away thefree items then don't but don't try to add stipulations after the fact so you don't have to give me the free item. I actuallyhate giving negative reviews but lately it just seems like everyone especially in fast food just has a terrible attitude. I workin fast food also and I have never treated a customer the way that I'm constantly treated at this location. It's not like I cameat you with a bad attitude. I smiled and greeted you and had a good attitude towards you and I expect the same in return. it'sabout time that we started treating people better and not giving them attitudes especially when it was your fault. By far the worst McDonald's as far as service goes. The app recommends doing curbside to help them. So of course I've tried it,... maybe the first time it was new so took forever, maybe the second time it was too busy, but literally all 3 times I waitedoutside for an average of 16 minutes.
