My wife and I decided to drive here for dinner tonight was a hour drive by the way so they sit us down and didn?t come back to... get our drinks for almost 30 minutes. We ordered several appetizers and they were not done so we sent them back. My wife ordereda steak med well came out med rare sent it back for them to cook another steak and still not done when it returned mind you Ihave already finished eating at this point and we was going to go to a movie but also didn?t make it because of this experience.This was one of our first dates and we loved going to the one in Champaign till they closed so we thought we could support thisone but doesn?t look like that will happen.So it gets worse the next day I wake up with food poisoning from my undercooked ribsso sad to see this place go down hill as it could be a great restaurant. Ordered a family meal which was awful. Chicken was way over cooked and the macaroni side was the size that 1 person would... receive at the restaurant as a side. We?ve tried ordering a few times before and there is always an issue. Didn?t check onlineorder the first time, hostess didn?t know where the food was the last time. Haven't been to OCharleys for years. Stopped in for a light supper and couldn't be happier. Food was wicked fast and exactly... what we wanted. Service was great as well! I believe our server was Andrew. Regardless, he was superb. Read more

Best meal there ever today! Got steak & cod and it was delicious. Tiffany was my server and suggested sugar free syrup in my... water and it was amazing. I cannot have caffeine or sugar, ask your server. Server was attentive, friendly, and fast. Willrecommend to friends!! Read more

I don't have any photos to post but I'm not happy. Our server was almost completely absent. Our food was cold. The soda was... flat. My ribs weren't sauced correctly. The Mac and cheese side dish was awful yet the kids Mac and cheese tender bowl wasdecent. Why the difference? The server never even asked us what temp my girlfriend wanted her steak. We wanted to ordercocktails halfway through but were neglected. This was my first and probably last O'Charley's experience. Read more

We were seated immediately and the staff was very friendly! Went around 430/5 and it was perfect timing before it got busy. The... bread rolls are awesome! Wasn?t crazy about the house margaritas. They are $4 but lack some taste. We got 2 orders of thechicken tenders. The Mac and cheese as a side didn?t have much flavor but the broccoli was good! The fan favorite tenders were alittle rubbery/chewy for me, but decent. Overall, good prices and great service! Family atmosphere. Read more
