My mother took three of her grandkids to Panchi's and had a terrible experience! My son is 7 and the man behind the counter... scared him so much that he doesn't want to go back to the mall. My son doesn't eat cheese so he wanted only chicken on his tacosbut the person made them wrong and when my 15yr old niece went up to tell him he "got mad and chucked the box of food into thebackroom" (those are the words my son told me). He did eat on of his chicken tacos so I'm guessing the food wasn't too bad butthe attitude is unexceptable. Read more
