Very good. Hot food, fresh, and very flavorful. Staff was friendly. It's inside the Tippecanoe Mall main entrance. No problem... finding parking and didn't have to walk through the mall. Read more
There was 30 mins to close and no rice .. very upset will never visit this one ever again .. seems they like to wait on their... regulars instead of others in line .. other person ordering was talking on his phone and I had to wait ....I was there at exactsame time as other person ..but I had to wait ..he took all rice and noodles ..I could only get orange chicken .. theydefinitely could of sold another whole bowl of rice there were at least 6 people in line behind me Read more
Wow, how things have changed. Have the recipes changed? Today's meal is merely a shadow of the former flavor profile. It's as... if everything was prepared and then steamed all day (little to no texture). Bejing beef was just mushy. And the plates are about2/3 size of pre pandemic portions. The service here is usually fairly quick, and online ordering almost always works well. The problem is that in the past 2 years... of ordering from this location, the extra instructions on the receipt have never been followed. See below where we requested nosilverware and no cookies yet received them anyways, and we requested sweet and sour sauce but did not receive any. It seemslike at some point if they aren't going to utilize any extra instructions, why not just remove that option from the orderingplatform. Read more
I usually enjoy the Panda Express in the Tippecanoe Mall but this experience was terrible the person who served me was... completely rude and didn't have any respect for customers and what they are asking them to do... she walked up to the frontcounter and asked me what I would like to eat in and continue to tell me that she was not talking to me in a very rude way so Iwill come back but I hope by the time I come back that this woman is fired.
