I ordered online like I often do. It was ready on time when promised. It was everything I ordered. It was great.
So disappointed within Pizza Hut tonight. They ruined my dinner. I expected better for paying over $40. Had to throw away my... bread sticks because they didn't send sauce that I paid extra for.Asked for no sauce to be cooked on my ham and cheese, sheassured me they don't do that. WRONG!! They did and now I have a soogy sandwich ! Also when asking her to put the dressing sauceon the side, she charged me for that. But the kicker is, she didn't even send the sauce!!!Thanks aot! Used to be very good, but last time they did not have my order ready and told me to pull up to the corner. 10 minutes later I... checked again, seems they forgot about it, had to look for it, and I got a pizza that was sitting around for longer thannecessary. I love this pizza hut. Almost always on time and the few times they ain?t they let me know cause they only have one driver for... the day trying to get pizza to a entire city. They?ve left me notes thanking me for my business and gave me free sauce and foodwith my orders before. The only issue I have with em is I always select no contact delivery and they ignore it and stay outthere waiting. Guys. I know if I take too long it might be stolen. But I keep the tracker open. This place is awful. If you go inside expect to pay $20 or more for a large pizza. And full price for breadsticks. No deals... inside. Pizza is undercooked even when I ask for it to be well done. No fountain machine, so your drink selection is verylimited and the cooler the bottles soda is in isn?t cold. So expect warm drinks. Breadsticks were soggy and undercooked. Theyonly have paper plates and plastic forks which are both completely useless. Whoever owns this needs to change things back to theoriginal way they were or this place won?t last long. Read more
I placed the order online and set a specific time for the delivery. This was for a group that was attending offsite safety... training for our company. I even included request in the delivery notes to include plates and cups. It would be helpful ifthere was a special request or instruction portion during the food selection. The food was delivered on time, fresh, hot, andall my requests were followed. Delivery driver was polite, helpful, and presentable. One of the best experiences I have had withany Pizza Hut location or any other restaurant in the last couple of years. Well done, keep up the good work at this location. Read more
