Our order was delivered incorrectly via Grubhub and we are missing items. I called the store and got the General Manager,... Amanda, who argued with me and hung up on me. During the course of our conversation I said that based on the experience, we willnot frequent QDOBA. Her exact words were ?that?s no skin off of my back?. The food that we paid for will not be received by usunless we go to the South St location and pick it up. Isn?t that the purpose of Grubhub is to accommodate busy people. ! Burrito only had like 8 pieces of steak on it. The rest of it was just filled with beans and rice and lettuce. Probably not... gonna order here again. The girl making the burrito didn't ask what burrito I wanted and she greeted me with "hey what can I getyou dude" not gonna say a name she probably had stuff going on but what happens at home shouldn't be brought into your work lifeas I've been told. The food is fresh and well-made, although this location has struggled with rolling burritos over several visits. The atmosphere... is open and inviting with lots of space. It has never been too crowded in my experience. The staff is friendly and competent.Sometimes the kitchen prep area behind the counter has appeared messy and cluttered but never actually dirty.
