I ventured out a little bit with the stuffed flounder and it was really good. I tasted the salmon and it was even better, kinda... wish I would've gone with that instead. The bisque was overwhelmingly creamy (as it should be) and the biscuits were good asalways. Good seafood option in Lafayette. Read more

Not sure what is happening to this lobster house. But the service is slow as snails in the winter. Sorry to be honest. We set in... the bar area and our waitress only had our table and 1 more. She was nice but had to ask multiple times for refills onsoftdrinks. Food was just warm.as if it was setting on the hot table. For the price you pay to eat here the food quality shouldbe better. As for the staff. Smile ???? Read more

First time visiting a red lobster restaurant outside Texas. While the service was superior to other restaurants around, I must... say the food wasn't as great as in other experiences with this restaurant Chain. Biscuits the fish in my plate were barely warm, tasty though Read more

The shrimp was lightly battered and limp, the potato was cold, stiff and dried out, the Flounder was limp, lightly breaded and... not at all like pictured, it was in tiny pieces chopped up. The salad was all hard pieces and carrots overkill, hardly had anyof the other ingredients pictured..even the French fries were cool and limp...all the food was cool to the touch like it hadbeen sitting out all day. And yet when I arrived, I had to wait about 4 minutes because the kitchen was behind. Was verydisappointed. RL use to be known for great food and huge fresh helpings, now its expensive food not worth the cost. So rememberjust because it looks and appears nice, doesn't mean the food will be. Sorry to say they have seen the last of me if this is howtheir food is as a norm. PS: I tried to add RL menu pictures so you could see a side by side of what they say they serve andwhat we actually get, but my phone won't let me attach them. If I find out how soon, I'll post them so you can see the hugedifference. Read more

Tonight on Kevin's Diner Red Lobster in Lafayette Indiana was our restaurant of choice tonight. I imagine pretty much everyone... has been to Red Lobster so this might not be a eye opening review for those reading. The Lafayette restaurant is very nice anda newer facility. The menu was a typical Red Lobster menu and they didn't have any special promotions going on. I typically liketo go when they have Shrimp-fest. No luck on that this visit. ???? We were greeted by a polite hostess who seated Shannon andI immediately. We were instantly greeted by a friendly waitress who served us complementary cheddar bay biscuits and took ourdrink order. Now I'm not a biscuit expert but as far as I'm concerned you can't beat these biscuits. They are delicious and youhave to be careful not to eat too many or you will be full before they bring your meal. We ordered a stuffed mushroomappetizer. The crab stuffed and cheese covered mushrooms are quite a delicacie. You get six mushrooms and we divide them evenlyso we each get 3. Of course I take my spoon and scrape up every bit of the melted mozzarella and cover my three shrooms. Wastenot want not... This appetizer is a heavenly treat. For our entrée we both chose the Admirals Feast. Walt's Favorite Shrimp, bay scallops, clam strips and wild-caught flounder, all fried to a golden brown. Served with cocktail and tartar sauces andchoice of two sides. For our two sides Shannon went with broccoli and french fries and I chose a baked potato and mac andcheese bacon. Shannon had water and I had a bottle of Mich Ultra with a chilled glass to drink. Our meal was delicious! Iespecially liked the flounder and Walt's shrimp. All of this deep fried goodness was too much to eat in one sitting. It requiredthree to go boxes to bring the leftovers home. I really enjoy Red Lobster and like to go a couple times a year. Hat's off tothe staff of the Lafayette Red Lobster! Super friendly and very efficient service. 5 stars Until next time Read more

My neighbor Jerry asked me, Saturday afternoon, that he would like to take me to Red Lobster for lunch for Father's Day. What a... cool invite, and gift for Father's Day. Jerry, you're awesome for asking me! He said he appreciated me having helped him outwith a few things. I said Jerry, I was glad I helped in any way I could. Red Lobster was quite crowded around 12-12:30 pm thisafternoon, had to stand for a short while, but not too long. They do get quite a lot of business that comes through there andthe location anyway is less than a mile off the interstate. Anyway, the food was excellent and the sweet tea was filling. Theoverall experience was just a relaxing soothing enjoyable experience for me, but I can't speak for my neighbor Jerry, though. And I truly liked the day. The iced tea may have been too sweet, and we all have different preferences in the things welike, but, borderline diabetes drinks right there. Haha, ???? Nah, just having some fun. The server we had was adorable in theway she presented herself, starting the experience enjoyable and more comfortable. So, kudos to our waitress, in customerrelations. The only thing I didn't get, was any pictures of my experience there, so, I'm sorry that I didn't. But, I've beenpreoccupied with some thoughts, we all do, just part of life. I ordered a nine-piece, I believe it was, butterfly, coconutbatter shrimp, w/baked potato and a salad, sweet tea. Jerry, my neighbor, ordered Alaskan King-Crab legs, (market value price,)but a bit pricey, ”truly understandable to the reason why, right now, with the inflation cost ever so high,” and a bakedpotato, and I'm not sure what his other side dish was and a sweet tea. From a company's point of view, with the pandemic stillwaving, uncertainties of the economies across the US, and the inflation cost still rising, it still is a good amount of profitsbeing made. There were biscuits on the table and I didn't even see her bring them. They were quite delicious Read more
