Super slow and you would expect the orders to be right after 20 minute waits per order, not the case here, watched 3 orders... before us that were wrong and when we got ours it too was wrong. You have to use the kiosk and card only because nobody willhelp you at the register. Watched 2 different people come in and stand up front waiting to be acknowledged for over 5 minutesbefore just leaving. The poorest public service and Taco Bell by a landslide, you would have to try hard to even come close tothis level of service. Save your money, time and sanity and go elsewhere. Read more

Normally I wouldn?t make a post, just keep it to myself. As someone who has worked in food most of their lives, this Taco Bell... is seriously lacking. From waiting for over an hour for my one quesadilla and soda, to getting to the window and having thegentleman be on his phone. I think there was only one person even making food, so kudos to him. I get we are all understaffed,we are all burnt out, but management needs to step up and help their people and teach them how to handle customers. I wasn?teven acknowledged, just a ?hey? at the speaker box. Little things go a long way. I know you?re trying, I?m proud of that but youguys need to step it up. I really wish corporate would start caring about their employees. These guys do great, given that corporate doesn't do anything... to keep them well supplied with product. Why force your employees to work when all you can make are soft & hard shell tacos? Read more

Placed an order through the app for a couple items. Pulled up to this Taco Bell with two customers or what I believed to be... customers. One at the drive-through window, the other at the ordering speaker. Sat in line for 30 minutes to cancel my order andleave because the two vehicles in front of me and it been there before me had not moved and showed no signs of moving in theimmediate future. They need better manager some one that can run a store and better customer service. Order though the app. When I get in to pick... it up. I asked for my freeze the lady said they are working on it. I thought they where making the drink. Nope the machine wasbroken. I asked for a cup so I could get a drink. Got ignored on till I yelled about it. Very poor management Read more

Literally waited in drive thru for 10-15 minutes kid taking orders was just sitting on his seat playing on his phone. Get up to... him and he tells me he can't take anymore orders. There was only 5 other cars in front of me. So I go inside and there arepeople standing at the counter waiting to order. I used the self ordering screen and still got my order faster then anyonementioned anything to anyone up front. Worst location ever Read more

Ebony and jade were amazing and got our orders perfect! I usually have a hard time at this location but these two made it so... easy and they were so so so nice! I?m moving to this area soon and I will definitely make the drive to this location for sureand always! Read more

This Taco Bell is ALWAYS on point. Food is hot and fresh. The line takes forever but that's because they are busy. Nacho fries... haven't been very good at this location but that's it. My favorite is the chicken quesadilla with extra sauce. The chalupa isalso delicious, I add nacho cheese to it. Read more
