If I could give them zero I would but imagine paying 30 bucks for a meal and not receiving the drink AND the other 8 dollar... Sandwhich literally just the top and bottom bun. I already complained to doordash. But how can you have quality standards andlet this kind of stuff go out your door? I love Wendy's but this makes me never want to come back. I hate posting negative experiences, but I have had this problem before with Wendys. I was double charged an order, they charged... me once through the app then once when I got there. Also, they charged me another five dollars later on that day, plus anothertwo dollars that evening. To top it all off, the one order I had actually ordered wasn't correct, dang man I don't eat fast foodanywhere much anymore, too slow and order is always wrong, getting costly and just not the same as it used to be haha Read more
Food was delicious as always. The drive-thru was a little stressful but we got what we ordered and it tasted great.
I just moved to Lafayette a few months ago, this is by far the best Wendy's in town, they have always gotten my order correct,... and are fast and courteous. Read more
Staff is always 100% friendly wearing a smile. I will only go to this wendy?s, they never get my order wrong, food is always... presentable and good every time I get it. I work in the food industry and they serve me how I would want to be served. Great jobto everyone. Read more
Tried to order through the Wendy's app, but like usual, it didn't work. Ordered the new Bacon Cheddar cheeseburger. It was ok at... best. The taste is good, but it's to dry. The new cheddar bread is good, but nothing to rave about. I was hoping to get the newfries I hurd about but they don't have them. Sprite was good but I'd rather have more drink than ice. I will say the lady takingorders at 12 was super cheerful, not so much the guy taking the money at the 1st window. Read more
11/2/22 ordered 2 singles and got home and both had raw meat in center. I tossed my receipt so BEWARE buyers
