I had to leave a 1 star but it wouldn't let me leave a zero. Did a call in order for pick up and when I arrived I walked to... the bar side. Stood there for a few minutes before a man asked if I had an order in. He went to the kitchen, came back out,walked right past me with TV remotes in hand and started to adjust the channels without even saying one word to me on where myfood was at. I then waited more and finally a lady from the back came up front and I asked who that man was. She said themanager. I asked for a cooperate number or equivalent. She said there was no such thing. Hmmmmm. I went to the Manger, stillmessing with the TVs and said to him " Are the TVs mire important than customer service?" He looked at me with a FU look thenwent back to the TVs. I finally received my food and asked again for a number to the higher office and again was refused. Asked thr manager once more if the TVs were more important than helping customers and he just looked at me again. He never onceeven tried to assist me or fix my situation. He totally blew me off. Not a professional way to be as a manager. Of course Iam certain this post will not get any attention as well nor will anyone even contact me. Food is always hot and amazing. I come here twice a week because I love how their wings are way bigger then other places. You... can clearly tell its very well ran how fast the food comes out and the managers always checking tables and making sure the foodcomes out correctly. Definitely can tell when certain mangers work. The staff is on point and service is great when managers help. The female manager... is always out helping cleaning tables and asking how our food is and bussing tables. Never have to wait for our check or drinks. Read more

The wraps are absolutely amazing. The wing sauce is so unique and wow their wings and their boneless wings are way bigger here... then bdubs. I love that I can get mine dry and as many sauces as I want. The lunch specials are amazing as well my 10th one wasfree!!!! Read more

Well... competition to Buffalo Wild Wings but smaller menu and less sauce/rub options. Out of 5 of us, one person complained... that everything was bad. All in all, not horrible meaning had worse and have had better. Beers??? They don't know dark foranything. Know your beers before you go if ordering on tap. I might return. Maybe. Read more
