Barista Kathy P. was very rude. Pretended like she didn't hear my order and made me wait an extra 10 minutes to reorder. We came... in being very polite and spoke. Her mannerisms and tone made it seem like she was already annoyed and irritated. Which isunfortunate, the cafe had just opened and she was already annoyed. Ruined my experience at my favorite coffee shop and made myday horrible. Very disappointed. ???????? Read more
