Cleanliness is NOT at the top of their list, but the food and service was lacking as well. I got the feeling I was at a fast... food restaurant. Mediocre food for a high price. $16 for a Philly cheese sandwich and fries? Just go to Subway at least thefloor will have less grease, and portions are bigger They should even get rid of the menu designer, really a 8 point font in adim lit restaurant. Read more

Lunch on a Sunday...game is on the TV ...food is great...beers are awesome. Went tonight for apps and beers, after 7pm on a... Thursday. Easily was seated a few menu items were out of stock but what we did get was delicious as always. New menu selections!! The Ahi Poke Tacos are delicious!! The food is always amazing, but if you have the opportunity to go to a Beer Dinnerdefinitely do it...awesome experience along with amazing food and beer pairings. Read more

Very disappointing, to say the least. We have been going to BJ's for a period of time, so we're familiar with what they once... were. On this particular outing, not only was the food substandard, but imagine if you will, the liquor having gone bad. When wepointed out our displeasure, rather than try to rectify the problem, we were told "You are correct and I have no rebuttal".Who, working for tips responds like that? Sadly, if this is what going out and spending your few bits of luxury cash has turnedinto, I will stay home to enjoy my own cooking and adult libations. It was nice while it lasted. Read more

Destiny was a terrible server, unfriendly and didnt fill our drinks once. Unattentive, I ordered my burger to be medium rare and... it came back extremely over cooked and my fries under done. Now she doesn't cook the food but did roll her eyes at my motherright to her face. The manager was nice asked what happened comped our meal after I explained what went on. Hate being that guybut we go here all the time and have had consistently good experiences. Except on a monday on a slow afternoon. Read more

I ordered a veggie pizza which was good but could have been better. They could have used more veggies and better toppings.

The only reason I even gave 3 stars is entirely because of Elizabeth C., our server, who despite all the odds stacked against... her working at this location, managed to be a great server. To start, we came in as a party of 10 (5 of which were childrenand a baby)- not unusually large for a chain restaurant like this, but the hostess seemed shocked that we were there. She toldus it was standard procedure to get a manager for large parties - but the manager walked over and seemed completely unaware ofwhy we were supposed to talk to him and asked us "what can I do for you?" They finally figured out that despite being the onlypeople at the hosts stand or in the waiting area, and with only about a 35% full restaurant, that they needed us to wait 15minutes to be sat until another large party finished their meal - apparently only 1 large party at a time is allowed at thislocation. We were sat and Elizabeth handled us as best she could, with seemingly zero support from the back end, who took wellover an hour to get our food out. Just wanted to write a review so that larger parties can be aware that this location can nothandle you and to be ready for a long wait from start to finish if you do decide to come here. Read more

Good food, good service. Only ding on cleanliness of table and restrooms. Apps night, got the Brussels too.

Super cool atmosphere, lots of fun beers to try. The margarita flight is very yum. Our service was incredibly slow. We weren't... particularly in a hurry or anything, but slow. Read more
