First time trying Burgersmith today for lunch. I ordered a medium burger with fries. Why it?s so hard to serve hot fries... blows my mind. Lukewarm is not enough?HOT, please. My burger was nearly raw inside. I couldn?t muster thru it. Sent itback. Overall, flavor and quality of food were very good. Service was good as well. The plate came dressed well and lookedgood?except for the fact the fries were lukewarm and raw ground meat is not my idea of ?medium?. . Maybe I?ll give it anothertry later down the road. Maybe??????????? Read more

Customer service was perfect. The burger and chili was pretty good. I didn't enjoy the garlic butter fires. I expected them to... have more flavor but they tasted bland. Overall I had a good experience. Read more

Started out on the downside, ignored by server. He was engrossed with computer input FOREVER. It was late and we were tired and... hungry...stuck it out and glad we did. Waiter apologized and REALLY stepped up his game. My lettuce wrap burger was Excellent, great flavor and the onion rings were just right. I'll gladly return for round two on my next trip Read more

Burgers are really good. The service was great and the staff very friendly. Loved the sweet potato tots. The food is cooked to... order so it may take a little longer than a fast food place but mine was worth the wait. Read more

Burgersmith has 2 new loyal customers (my boyfriend and I). there?s never anyone there when we pass, so I?m pretty sure this... place is slept on! Also, I take food and food reviews very seriously so take my word on this!! my boyfriend had the BovineBureucracy Burger which is a brisket patty. AMAZING. super juicy and flavorful. I had the Filet Burger. when I tell y?all thisis the best burger I?ve ever had.. and i?ve tried A LOT. The steak patty is SO fresh and juicy. I ordered mine medium well andit was PHENOMENAL. words can?t even describe it. definitely worth the money! Read more

Went for lunch on a Saturday. We all enjoyed our food and loved how customizable the food is. Party of 8 and our first time... going. Location: in a nice area of town. Traffic was busy but not unbearable. Parking lot felt crammed/limited; the shape of itmade it awkward for larger vehicles/ 2 vehicles passing. Atmosphere: clean, well lit. Open floor with tables & booths. Theywere able seat our party of 8 immediately. The tables were a little small but doable. Not loud. Tvs were mounted with easyviewing. Service: friendly. I'm pretty sure we had someone training, and all was good. They checked with other staff to be surerequests could be fulfilled. Food: fresh ground burger patties. burgers, salads, chicken sandwich, hot dog; sides/appetizersinclude fries, onion rings, fried green beans, fried okra, etc. We were told their onion rings are actually onion strings. Thesides are a separate charge from your main entree order (ie the burgers don't automatically come with fries); however the sizeof the fries order is large enough to share (16 oz for $4 and we still didnt finish them between 2-3 people). They havedifferent flavored fries (spicy, garlic, sweet potato, etc). You can build your own burger with a bunch of options for cheeses, veggies, sauces, patty blends, sauces, condiments, buns, etc. Prices: felt affordable. Some of it depends on how much youcustomize it. For example, for 2 burgers (1 with regular patty, white bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, burbon bbq sauce, smokedgouda, with a fried egg & then another burger with brisket blend, pretzel bun, chitpole mayo, ketchup, grilled onions, pepperjack cheese) + 2 drinks + $4 fries to share came put to $35. We all were full afterwards and nearly everyone finished theirplates with 2 people having leftovers. Overall, we would return. The prices felt fair for the portions and how fresh theburgers were.
