They would easily get five stars if they had any urgency in serving you. I've been going there since they opened and the service... is always so slow I love the chicken salad that's what keeps me going back but to wait 15 minutes to check out for grabbing achick to go it's kind of ridiculous. Also it was not during a rush it was after 2:00 in the afternoon. There are plenty ofworkers seems only one person can check out out the whole restaurant. Management also knows there is an issue because I'vecomplained before about the same problem since I've tried to go there numerous times during my 30 minute lunch break which I'vehad to stop doing because it just takes that long. The staff always seems to be untrained and never knows what to do or how tohandle a situation, as far as using points, redeeming points or purchasing their giving card. Read more

Food here is usually good but 30 minutes later the toasted food turns up cold. The server left lots to be desired. Didn't say a... word, we ordered in silence, she pointed at things when my kid ordered and again when I did, it was super awkward. Read more

Delicious, as usual! Around 6:30pm on a Monday the place was empty, but they were ready to take our order & the food came out... quickly. Staff was friendly. I ordered the spicy chicken salad on a croissant(which was highly recommend by them) , Mac n cheese, and... slice of cake. The Mac n cheese was terrible. The cake was ok ... The sandwich was ok not spicy in the slightest but it wasn'tbad. So overall it was ok...it wasn't bad but definitely not going out of my way to recommend it to a friend. Read more

I LOVE the potato soup that you guys serve, but it?s very disappointing that when I order a bowl portion instead of a cup... portion, the portion I order every time is literally the amount of a measuring cup.
