Very over crowded had everyone sitting in one area of the restaurant while other seats and tables were available all around. I... understand about Waiter staff etc but it was a uncomfortable eating setting as we were seated directly in the middle surroundedby slammed packed booths filled with people. I generally have good experiences at Chili's. However, this location was apparently severely understaffed. We were seated... promptly, but the server did not attend to us for close to half an hour. The server passed by us multiple times without offeringwater or a greeting. When our drinks and food were finally ordered it took close to another hour for it to arrive. One of ourorders was missing food, and we were never given napkins despite asking more than once. When asked to speak to someone we wereignored. When we finally got the ipad for our table we decided to kill the time with a trivia app on the ipad. We were charged,unprompted, for this as well. Being understaffed is understandable, but it is incredibly frustrating. If you don't want thisexperience I'd recommend literally anywhere else. Read more
I never complain about food but this is totally embarrassing chili's. I ordered to go and the portions were extremely small... compared to dine in. I was also missing several items I ordered..i.e the TORTILLAS for my fajitas.... You just lost a localcustomer for life. That picture is a full order of Texas fries and was $9. Read more
It was absolutely horrible! 2.5 hours I'll never get back! Chili's has always been my hands-down favorite. Only reason I gave... two stars is because our waitress Marissa was amazing! The kids pizza was the best meal on the table. My grandson ate it all andhe generally just picks at his food. My very rare ordered ribeye came out medium well; sent it back and never received areplacement! My sister's and my other grandson's burgers were burnt to a crisp. I'm just saddened to say this experience hasmade me re-think my choice of restaurants. Read more
After waiting over 30 minutes for a pick up order I went inside where sat on a shelf getting cold. I get home and open the 6 oz... steak that has to be the tiniest steak I?ve ever seen, its not much bigger than a fork. Horrible service, disappointing food. Read more

Ordered the food to-go and it was made EXACTLY as requested. Any time I ask for additional Cajun seasoning or Alfredo, it?s... overlooked, but whoever the cook was paid attention. Shoutout to the cook that evening because he did an AMAZING job! Myappetizer was great as well, once again, it was fresh and exactly as ordered. I?m not sure if they were understaffed, but weordered curbside and no one ever came out to assist. Gladly we were appropriately dressed to enter the side entrance, as ourorder was ready. Read more
Chili?s did NOT understand the assignment. I paid $20 for dessert and want to pick it up. I wait 5 min in the lobby only to be... told to go to a different area. In that line that was another 10 min. After getting my food 1/2 of the order was not there. WhenI walk back in I was told that they was out of what I wanted. When I ask why was I not told this at checkout the employee didnot answer . After walk back to my car to return the food I waited another 5min and still did not get my money back. Then when Iasked to speak to the manager that was another 5 min. When the Manger come she told me she could not do the refund. thatcorporate had to process the refund. No sorry nothing. But its good Chili?s will waiting for my money again.
