All I wanted was two containers of spinach dip and a lot of tortilla chips for a party. What I received did not equal to that. I... received a half cup of spinach dip, a quarter of queso and and two full bag of chips. My order was literally, so simple anddidn?t come out correct at all. We were here from our of state and stopped in for dinner since Chili's is our go to. We sat at the bar area and our server was... nice and food came out fast. Everything looked and tasted delicious. The service I had here was PHENOMENAL!! I got the "3 for Me" that comes with a drink, appetizer, and entrée. Let me tell you, I... did not have to wait for anything. Immediately when I was done eating my appetizer (a house salad) my cajun shrimp pasta cameout nice and warm. I also didn't have to ask for a refill. This location is an absolute disgrace for a restaurant. First, this sign was taped to the door? luckily, we were only a part of... 3 so other than having to sit in the lounge, this didn?t effect us. Time of day was 6:30 p.m. We stood around the host standwaiting to be seated in the lounge area, watching servers look at us and never once did anyone acknowledge our presence and seatus. After no service, we finally left and went to the Ambassador location which provided us with much better service. Read more
I placed an order online for Curbside pickup. Within 3 minutes of being in the parking lot my food was brought out. I got the... Buffalo Wings and Big Mouth Bites with a house salad. The Buffalo wings were good but I personally prefer them to be crispy andnot chewy. The Big Mouth Bites were ok. I wasn?t impressed with these. They were lacking in flavor. After trying to eat at Outback next door and receiving zero service in almost 15 minutes I walked to Chili?s. Literally they... have one server. He?s also the host. I got seated and ordered in about 5 minutes. There weren?t many tables but he was servingthem all? with a smile!!! Faced with what appears to be a severe staff shortage this guy, Angel, is absolutely doing his best! The food was average but at least I was acknowledged and fed by someone friendly! Read more
