Always the best chicken and sides around but when asked for ranch dressing sides for the 2 large orders of bombers, and being... charged $0.25 each ×4 and getting home 21 miles away to find NO ranch dressing is so agravating. I was in Lafayette, Louisiana this past Saturday where I seen a churches and I started mouth watering. Well. When I got the... 10pc family I started with a leg. That leg had so thick batter on it it cut the side of my mouth, the meat was cold, dry, andsome was chewy. I got a family fry and they were soggy. I was so sad. I typically take a pic of all my food when I'm proud ofit but sadly I am not. I hope this is a good heads up to do better for the ppl of Lafayette. Have a blessed ????day. It was terrible, we where traveling and stopped to get a quick bite to keep moving. We got the chicken tender meal's and started... traveling again. Ended up all of the 4 orders were only half cooked, we had to throw them away because we are NOT going to eatraw food. If I could give you negative stars I would! Read more
I understand that working in the fast food industry can be a bit trying at times but it seems every time I go to a churches or... McDonald's they seem to be out of something , and not something small like straws instead they seem to always be out ofsomething major like original fried chicken or mashed potatoes ... Everything was excellent!!!! I drive a 18 wheeler and do to covid the lobby was closed, drive thru only. But a young lady saw... me walk to the door and just as soon as I read the sign drive thru only and turned to walk away. This is the best church's chicken of my time. In coming in again this crew is fabulous. On every shift they smile they greet... they suggestive sell they even count change back this is a very well ran store. I can't believe this is really a church's. Tothe staff and crew great job. Keep up the great work. Btw the outside is as clean as the inside all crew was properly attired.This includes mgmt. Deasia is a customer svc specialist and excellent as she performs her duties. Ms. Scharmine an Ms. Anneare the best leaders and motivators by example I've ever seen. They get me motivated by listening to them. Come by here and seethus great art form at work. Read more
