They are Know for their plate lunchs which are served Monday thru Friday and they are delicious. Corner Pantry is a family owned... business that has a grocery store with an excellent meat department, and a cozy resturant. They have great location and haveserved Acadiana for many many years. Their friendly service and hospitality ranks #1. I go in often and always find what Ineed,and leave happy..and with a link of boudin. In addition to the store and resturant, they also cater lunchs, weddingreception, and other events. The owners put in many long hours and hard work. Used to be a lot better back in day but I'm just surprised they have kept it up and running for as long as I can remember so I... give them mad props and respect for keeping it going through all the struggles with the economy that hated on family ownedbusinesses and got alot shut down and dreams smashed. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. Locally owned grocery store. They also serve cooked meals Monday through Saturday. I bought... some Boudin and it was delicious. The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. I would shop there any day of the week. Read more
Even though it's a small store they always seem to have what I need when I go there. And the chicken salad is amazing.
