Food honestly is pretty bad. Service is terrible. If you order things other than pizza like drinks or salads the driver will... likely not come with those things together. I ordered pizzas and salads and the driver said it was packaged separately onlyafter I had to yell out to her asking where my salads were. She was about to just leave the pizzas and not say anything aboutthe salads. She said she would come back with the salads. I ordered online and the website changed what I ordered to somethingdifferent (different pizza crust and different toppings). If you order online check carefully to make sure it shows you'reactually ordering what you thought you were ordering. Domino's delivery is a waste of money. If you're going to order the badfood you're better off picking it up so at least you can make sure you're actually getting all the items you ordered. Be carefulwith the website too! Staff was awesome. Disappointed that you have to pay for parmasean cheese and crushed red peppers now. But other than that, the... pizza and customer service was great! Read more

I love dominos in all states however they have succumb to inflation like all else. Their sauce cups come half full. Even worse... then a bag of chips and it's so blatantly dishonest that I'm done with them. Like how can you as a company become such amonstrosity of a piece of trash that you have to do this? Same with mcds, so shady with the sauce. You're not forcing me to buymore, you're forcing me to not buy from you. Read more

Friday I went to the local dominos where I stay the manager on shift Jesse, was helpful and my order was great and made fast!... the team did awesome as well and my order was perfect! Great job dominos! You guys made my night for my daughter and I!!! Read more

This is now the SECOND time I?ve placed an order through the app for PICK UP WINDOW, and have had to to come inside to pick it... up. The first time I sat at the window for 12 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I honked my horn, waved my hands, and evenknocked on the window. FINALLY someone came to the window. I mentioned that I had been sitting here for over 10 minutes, and noapology or explanation of being busy. Nothing. Asked for my name and that?s it. Passed my, now cold pizza through the windowwithout saying a word. This second time (tonight) , I pulled into the Pick-Up window lane, just to find a vehicle parked. Nolights on, indicating they?d been sitting for awhile. There was nowhere to go around. Although, it?s not the worker?s faultnecessarily, they could have asked the customer to pull up so they could get to the next customer. I sat and waited for about 10minutes. I had to back up my large suv down the narrow pick up lane, to come park in the lot and go into the store. I was in mypajamas, because I had assumed I?d be able to pick up my food through the window. I was so embarrassed. Yes, I COULD have stillpicked it up thru the window, but I would have had to wait God knows how much longer for the person in front of me to get theirfood. In the mean time my food?s getting old just sitting there. I?m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the little punk rockprincess inside was sweet and courteous, and hella cute. I had a bad experience made worse by one employee who clearly should not be working in customer service. I recently moved, which... means my new Domino's is this location (previously I was closer to the location on University), and both times, I've had issues.The first time, I ordered a pizza with no onions and it came with onions. Didn't do anything about it - ignored my aversion foronions and picked them off. Fast forward a couple months, and I decided to order pickup for my family. I paid for bacon on thepizza, and not only was the bacon missing completely, but there was barely any sauce or cheese on the pizza. It just didn't lookappetizing at all, and wasn't going to get eaten, so I called to see if there was anything that could be done. The woman whoanswered verbatim told me she took the pizza out and wouldn't have boxed it if it was wrong......... I'm looking at a barepizza, with absolutely no bacon. Not even a piece. I first asked if she wanted me to take a photo, and she said no. Shereiterated that she took the pizza out herself, so I asked her if she was implying I was a liar. It escalated for absolutely noreason, seemingly because she just didn't want to admit that she didn't check (or assemble) the pizza properly. Then, before Icould understand what the resolution was, she sarcastically told me to have a good night and hung up. I called back and spokewith a man who was much more helpful, and I admittedly was directing my frustration at him for the previous phone call. But thewhole thing was so rude and disrespectful, and why would I put myself in a position to possibly pay for that again? I didn't getreimbursed for the pizza, or even just the missing toppings. They did offer to re-make it if I drove back over there, but I wasback at home on a weeknight, and driving back (for something that wasn't my fault) was not an ideal situation given the time itwould take and the fact that I have a little one to feed and get ready for bed on a school nigh Read more
